Only stayed in Guilin for one night, but this hotel made me wish I stayed for longer! Such a good location, very close to various attractions and there were many food options nearby. Check-in process was smooth, and they even upgraded my room for free. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really pretty and nice! Highly recommend. Is it located near the zhengyang pedestrian street. There are many shops and eateries right below the hotel, very convenient. And the hotel is so aesthetic! I love it. Would definitely come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally located: next to the pedestrian street and lively street food area in the evening, close to the river for wonderful walks, and surrounded by restaurants, small shops, and charming authentic alleys. It is also beautifully decorated, both in the common areas and in the rooms.
In the common areas, there is complimentary tea, coffee, traditional clothes to try on, a washing machine, and a dryer available.
As for the room, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean.
Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful, truly flawless!

The hotel is beautiful and well located. They had Christmas decorations up for us in the room and candy. Super cute!?
The staff are all super sweet and speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin depending on who you get. And they’re always so eager to help out and assist with any enquiries you get.?
We didn’t get a view from our room which is okay because we were barely there.

We loved staying in this hotel, I think one of the best hotels I've ever been. The whole hotel is extremely beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean and pretty, the staff is helpful and nice, the service is impeccable and the position is great.
I loved the atmosphere, and the coffee machine was a great plus. I honestly can't think at a single thing that could be improved in this hotel.

It was really nice to stay in this hotel!
The hotel was very convenient to transport and also many restaurants and cafes close to the hotel so convenience to access. ??
Also the owner and staff was very friendly and kindly to help us out! Thanks for the owner and staff’s.

只住了一晚，酒店旁边什么都有很方便
要去的景点也很近，唯一不好的是停车（不建议自驾）
服务员都很热情
谢谢推荐楼下私房菜烤鸡真的很好吃
全幢楼共用唯一的电梯，状况真的不是很好
