因是淡季，入住时便给我们免费升级了房间。
住宿地点超方便，就住在东西巷。食东西逛街一下楼便是。而且还可直达地下街，这真的一大优点。因我们住的2天又冷又下雨。
住宿比较像民宿那种，卖的不是设施而是温暖贴心。我们厠所在很晚时堵塞了，他们不怕麻烦帮我们处理。在我们check out时还送上圣诞帽（因当天是圣诞节）。

酒店位置十分方便，距离景点全部步行就可到达?，下楼旁边就是东西巷，对面就是正阳?步行街。
行到累了就上房休息一回再出发。
酒店职员很友善，每次回到酒店都会友善问好「回来了呀！」「冷吗？」 很有回家的感觉！
推荐给到桂林市中心游玩的人，可以到这间一宿。

Very helpful staff and helped me check-in very early at 10 am. The hotel is in city centre I could do everything by foot. Near Zhengyang Pedestrian Street which has a night market.

前台小姐姐服务很好，还给我们升级了房间，房间很舒服，酒店直接就在东西巷中间，去哪都方便。酒店后面就是靖王府景区。可以从这里开始city walk一日游～往前2.3公里就是象鼻山景区。位置无敌便利，下次还来～

这是一家有艺术格调的酒店，地处解放路上，东西巷入口处，非常好找。交通极其便利，后面就是靖王王府景区，正对面就是正阳路步行街，穿过步行街就可以步行到象鼻山，日月双塔。进出酒店前台都会礼貌打招呼，有很多外国友人住。酒店配的是双层玻璃，晚上很安静。房间中央空调，毛巾，餐巾纸，床，枕头等配置品质都好，淋浴间也够大，看得出老板品味不错！如再来桂林，还会选择他家。

Love this place. It's conveniently located at a shopping district with lots and lots of good and famous restaurants, all within 200m. The hotel is connected to a mall, that also connects to the opposite side of the road. Very convenient.
The hotel itself was huge and very tastefully decorated. There is a nice common area where guests can have tea and some light snacks, and plenty of art pieces and chairs along the corridors. The room itself was also spacious and clean. The shower has strong pressure and the amenities given were of good quality. Staff were nice and friendly as well

L'h?tel est au 4e étage ce qui n'a pas été facile à trouver au 1er abord, mais néanmoins on est agréablement surpris lorsque nous découvrons la grandeur de l'h?tel. Le petit plus est l' atmosphère zen et l'attention particulière apportée à la décoration, le petit moins et que la chambre n'est pas complètement fidèle au photo et semble plus petite que l'estimation donnée. Toutefois je recommande l'h?tel qui reste à la hauteur de la demande souhaitée.

The most memorable aspect is the decor and design of the hotel. Really nice from reception area, lounge to room.
The room is very tastefully decorated, dovke glazing and very quiet. The lush green outside the window is very pleasing and blocking the traffic on the main road.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly.
The only flaw is the lift which could be improved a bit.

The location is perfect, right in the town center. That means it can be a little noisy at times but I was ok with that. And I also loved the style of the room. It was spacious and comfortable. Daily house cleaning, water, coffee machine in the room, available laundry room. But do keep in mind the inn is at the 4th floor of a beautiful old style building, that means it isn’t a new building and in warm and humid weather you feel the humidity inside.
