今年逛观澜湖奥特莱斯我们选择入住了万丽酒店，这家酒店的最佳之处是距离奥特莱斯最近，下楼走几步就到商店。周围餐馆众多，而且都是不错的连锁店。酒店服务也很到位，这家酒店适合逛奥特莱斯和打高尔夫的游客入住，因为距离高尔夫场也不远。

酒店位于观澜湖景区内，高尔夫球场景观不错，一共住了4个晚上，Renna按我们的需求安排好了房间，全程服务很贴心，有问题一一解答，房间含有的套餐主动介绍给我们，有服务意识，非常不错的体验，期待下一次再来。

海口万丽酒店堪称观澜湖度假区的性价比之选！原木风客房宽敞舒适，基础房45㎡起，升级大方常能解锁高尔夫景套房。与丽思卡尔顿共用泰诺健健身房和无边泳池，亲子设施贴心。早餐的自制清补凉、酸辣粉极具本地特色，欢乐时光菜品丰盛。服务周到响应快，毗邻免税店和电影公社，交通便捷，度假或中转都很合适～

性价比不值千元一晚！！！
可能高层景观会好些。
订的935元一晚的高尔夫黑石球场全景景观房间，8层楼的房间从阳台望出去的景观很一般，看到个大房顶，球场远在天边，根本看不到球场全景，与平台宣传图片完全不符合。被平台展示图片给忽悠了！
服务人员态度到是很好。
房间内设施：没有智能化设施，坐厕也是最普通坐厕，没有电动和清洗功能。
自助早餐还行，比较丰盛，6:30到10:00。
整体衞生：乾净、整洁；房间配有保险柜、小冰箱、熨斗和熨衣板，配有一次性洗漱用品、拖鞋；
环境：周边有个OUTLETS，周末很热闹，临时摆摊的夜市食街到晚上十点。
服务：服务人员很热情，主动迎客，帮助拿行李。前台服务人员态度好。

Great hotel, rooms are excellent. But food and restaurant service is very limited. The staff at the egg station during morning breakfast was totally unprofessional and sleepy. I sm not sure whtger they are being trained well. This was the case for both days.

I had a lovely stay even though it was one night, wish I had actually booked a few nights but had just booked it because it was near the airport and would be convenient. The porter was helpful and front desk checked me in in good time and let me know all the necessary things and places I can go to enjoy the stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and it was very comfortable. The view was great and a surprise is at that it actually shares common facilities with ritz Carlton which is next door. You can enjoy the gardens, golfing area, pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient in cleaning up.
Across the hotel is the teddy bear museum and outlet stores. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely come again ?
