Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. ?We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居图 painting. ?We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. ?I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. ?Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. ?Not a soul was in sight. ?Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. ?From there on, however, things only got better and better. ?So, yes, this was a quiet property. ?There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. ?But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. ?And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. ?During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. ?The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. ?Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. ?The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. ?There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. ?Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. ?The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. ?Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. ?Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). ?They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. ?There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. ?Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. ?Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. ?Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. ?Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. ?We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). ?We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. ?Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. ?In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. ?In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. ?We were very comfortable during our short stay. ?We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. ?We would love to return. ?It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. ?Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居图, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

It's beautiful scenery, hotel is an amazing design, mixed with ancient and modern elements.All staffs are helpful with smile on their faces. Special thanks to a staff - William 小秦，he briefed us all programs the hotel provides, helped us to coordinate the programs within our tight schedule. Excellent experience!

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

This is place is overpriced for what it is and what you get in terms of facilities. However, its surroundings make up a bit for it.

Personalized service at a very relaxed resort with plenty of activities to do. Had a restful night amidst the sound of nature.

我住了富春山居 现在在西子湖四季酒店 一对比 四季丑陋不堪 风格混乱 细节失败 尤其园林灯光 毫无设计 比不上路边公共公园 富春山居真世界级大师设计 再加上现在的管理者我觉得是细节控 在酒店的每一个空间都毫无瑕疵风格协调统一 极度舒适 前台接待和行李人员服务专业细致 卫生打扫得很干净 虽是十六年酒店 维护得和东京帝国酒店差不多 再加上风格永不过时 唯一中餐厅出品太差 配不上这个酒店 如果有个金沙厅或者解香楼这样的餐厅 那就是世界传奇酒店 酒店的室内游泳池太令人惊艳了 房间的话最好选择湖畔套房 因为酒店外面除了打高尔夫球的没有任何可去之处 就是在房间里欣赏景色或者酒店每一个角落都走走 然后到湖畔居欣赏江南山水 综上 大爱这个酒店 这次住了法云安缦 紫萱 四季 有震撼感的只有富春山居 美不胜收

超有设计感的度假酒店，完美融入“富春山居”元素，非常适合来此放空三、两日，当然若是高球发烧友更能挥洒自如。餐饮方面无论是半自助的早餐，还是单点的正餐，或是下午茶套餐，都尽显精致、味美色香。
