房间视野还可以，设施有点儿老了，早餐选择性多，周边的道路交通方便，应是滨江核心的选择，商务出行够用了！

I recently booked several rooms at Hampton by Hilton Hangzhou Binjiang for our high-value guests, and the experience was truly impressive. The hotel team handled everything with great professionalism, making the entire process smooth and worry-free.
The check-in was efficient, the staff were welcoming, and every request was managed with care. My guests appreciated the clean, modern rooms and comfortable amenities. The hotel’s fresh, contemporary environment and thoughtful service left a very positive impression on them.
What stood out most was the consistency and reliability of the service—exactly what you expect when hosting important guests. I felt confident and satisfied with the arrangements, and my guests were equally pleased with their stay.

I booked the room as it said it came with river view. Unfortunately, when I opened the door, it was just city view. I expected I could easily see the river but it was very limited and distant river view. I do hope it can revise the description and better manage better customers’ expectations.

希尔顿还是名副其实的，首先地段很便利，出门就是地铁站，其次房间也很大也很乾净，因为带着小朋友，曹阿姨还特别贴心拿来了水果和矿泉水，非常感谢，以后出行还是会优先选希尔顿的

来杭州来参加机器人行业论坛，刚到酒店，还没啥特殊感觉，一进大厅，前台小胡帅哥和小田美女，笑脸问候，介绍酒店设施，该升级了江景房间，真是很开心。进了房间，乾净整洁，布草也很乾爽，完全没有任何味道好极了，坐在窗边喝杯西湖龙井，看着钱塘江，惬意舒服，下回出差还住哈哈哈

房间特别不隔音，很吵，最搞笑要耳塞打3次前台电话等了20多分钟才送上来，洗手间灯还关不掉，有了耳塞，没有声音了，灯一直亮着我也是醉了，被子还是枕头有一阵阵狐臭味道，一晚上基本没睡，想住的人擦亮慧眼看看评论吧！真心不推荐，同等价位附近真的太多选择了！

体验感还不错的酒店!地理位置佳，距离机场和西湖景区都半小时路程，门口有地铁。周边走路10分钟左右有很多美食餐厅，比较方便。酒店不算大，乾净整洁，床也舒服，价格合理性价比很不错!早餐品种不多，还可以。总体满意!

房间很不错 唯一一点就是 和朋友分开定的两间续住房 第一天回来刷不开卡 房卡过期了 办理入住的时候説了要续住 除此之外其他都很不错 保洁阿姨也收拾的很乾净 交通也很便利
