Enjoyed our stay at this resort located amidst the Nine Creeks and Longjing tea plantations. Wish we had more time to explore around the resort.

One of the best hotel of my trip. Room spacious and its located inside nine creeks misty forest, you can enjoy the walk and also soak yourself in the environment by staying there.

All the receptionist are speak English and very nice location on tea hills of Hangzhou.
Ideal for couple in love.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, great pool and lovely outdoor space to wander and decompress. The food options were geared heavily towards Chinese clients, it would have been nice to have a few western options in the evening.

Stayed here with my daughter and her family. We like the very family oriented design of the hotel and child-friendly facilities. If you like to visit Jiu Xi, it's just a stone-threw away from the hotel. The indoor swimming pool is a plus. Although it was 2 degree outside, the pool was warm and we had a relax swimming there. Service is good too.
But it's a bit out of the main tourist attraction, such as Xi Hu and the only main road led to the hotel was under construction, which added a bit more time to our car journey.

We lived in the North Block and could move between the main building and North Block with ease (pick up service or walking the 200m's). Room very comfortable (same as on images). The swimming pool awesome! The outdoor and indoor playground for kids awesome! Received some dinner discount vouchers and free ice cream voucher too! A small holiday programme was run where a wind turbine fan was created, made cookie shapes and could collect the baked cookies 1 and half hours later. Pool table was an extra benefit and the calmness in the resort was just what we were looking for while enjoying the forest scenery on small easy hikes around the resort.

I loved our stay. Biggest secret is the walk up to the village following the stream. It feels like being transported away from Hangzhou, relaxing and not as busy as the lake, although it may not always be the same year round In any case after 15 years in he area i have never been told about this place. The hotel in any case is amazing if you are coming over with your family and very pet friendly.
