位置不错，员工亲切，饭店设施不好，很多东西都坏了，以前每次到河内都住在家饭店，但是饭店设施没有在维护，这次住宿感觉很差，不愉快的住宿行程

特别提醒一：大部分越南酒店不提供纸拖鞋！全是下图衣柜里这种多次使用的橡胶拖鞋！国人同胞请按自己的需求自备拖鞋！
特别提醒二：越南基本都是欧标两脚插口，记得提前买好转换器
大堂工作人员非常热情，会主动帮忙拿行李，办理入住等待时有欢迎饮料和毛巾，一路把我带到房间，房间里还有欢迎水果
沟通用英语基本就没问题，工作人员英语都挺好的，讲的很流利，比我这个六级考两次的强多了
淋浴间的顶喷水压很大，洗澡很舒服
Wifi速度比较慢，如果要玩国产手游的话会比较困难，但国内主流SNS和视频平台的接入速度都在可接受范围之内
早餐在一楼大堂内侧，自助餐可供选择的不算太多，但是Pho做的很好吃，向服务员点就可以了，个人推荐牛肉的
需要注意的是如果你点咖啡的话会另外算钱，2美刀一杯，大概15人民币，在河内算贵的
之前去吃早餐的时候隔壁桌的小孩过生日，服务员端了个小蛋糕上来，还唱生日歌，服务意识拉满了
酒店地段很好，在老城区里，几个着名打卡点：河内火车街，河内大教堂（大教堂整点会敲钟，建议整点去），还剑湖，列宁公园（中国大使馆就在列宁公园旁边，感兴趣可以去看看），河内旗台，独柱寺和升龙皇城以及胡志明陵都很近，走着就能到

Excellent location in the heart of the old quarter of the city. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they helped me to organise a spa treatment and taxi to the airport. I had an early flight which meant that I was too early for breakfast on my final day, but they organised a takeaway breakfast for me that morning. A wonderful place to stay in Hanoi.

在河内这么大的房间真的很少，酒店很干净，房间舒适。定的套件适合家庭，周边很方便。酒店服务也很好。如果去河内还会选择再次入住

Wasn’t even allowed to fly to Vietnam, so I’m not sure why Trip.com is asking for a review and also emailing me about my stay. Spoke with several “relevant departments” overall. I had to call O’Gallery directly three times to try and sell the room because both Trip and O’Gallery said each other had policies preventing any sort of refund on this Tripp of 11 bookings and 7000RMB PREPAID (Room 1600RMB). I am still waiting on if they sold the room or were willing to compromise a refund, and just for this hotel no one is budging on assistance even though Shenzhen Airlines is at fault. Pictures of Shenzhen Airlines screenshots preventing travel (7 hours at airport fighting the disaster).

Good hotel, few minutes walk to Hanoi Train street, located in Old Quarter. It is far away from Hanoi International Airport.. about an hour drive.
The hotel staff are very friendly and I feel good hospitality. My flight was in the morning at 9.30 and I need to leave the hotel around 6.30 am. The hotel staff nicely packed for me the breakfast to have it on my way to airport. It is really great??

就在老街里面，附近吃饭购物很方便。酒店员工都会主动问好，帮忙开门。离店的时候忘在房间一条裤子，都马上要上车了，前台小姐姐跑过来和我们说稍微等一下房间有东西忘记拿。很快的帮我们取下来还贴心的装进袋子里。让我对越南的好感又加深了一层。早餐也很不错，给这家酒店大大的赞。
