  服务人员都很亲切、尤其是接待的Bora让人印象深刻！谢谢她亲切地提供在地的旅游资讯、安排各种住宿上的需求、也帮我们处理掉不必要的麻烦。早餐有现做的热食可以点很棒、但不推荐spa服务。按摩没有到位还会主动索取小费，宁愿到外面的spa服务更专业且细心，费用还可能比较便宜。

  The hotel and the room are absolutely beautiful! The staff was very helpful and friendly too. Though, the sheet wasn’t too clean, there was a white hair inside the folded towels, and also during the breakfast, I opened the fresh milk bottle in the restaurant, I could see the mold inside the cap of the bottle…I was a bit shocked to see this.

  首先酒店环境及地理位置理想，邻近游客观光区，大部分景点都可步行前往；环境算是十分理想，价格便宜，早餐好吃；另外职员十分友善及愿意提供协助，感谢经理Thomas的安排

  非常赞的酒店！出差连住了五个晚上，服务很周到，我们约了接送机，司机很尽职，酒店人员会帮助取行李下车。入住会提供我们饮品，无论多晚。 早餐餐食很丰富，小伙伴餐食打包。酒店人员很nice地帮忙打包提供餐盒给我们，早餐有点餐制，甚至记住了我们每次都会打包一份拿铁带走。 提前一天离开也会帮助确认航班讯息和接送时间，要早起也主动提出帮忙打包早餐。 有一段单独出行，前台小哥还加了zalo帮助指导，长时间没回来还会贴心发消息确认安全。真的服务好的没话说，最满意的酒店，没有之一！ 感谢前台和餐厅每一位工作人员，进门所有人都会跟你打招呼，甚至记得你的名字！强推朋友们！

  Location of the hotel is fairly convenient with plenty of shops around. The hotel staffs in general are very helpful and polite. They try to communicate with customers and understand what’s needed.
