房间面积挺宽的，设施也还算新，床上用品一如既往舒服。酒店有很多高楼层，但餐厅设在了一楼，酒店早餐比较丰富，西式，韩式，日式，越南本地的也有，就是没有中式的，很多韩国人和欧美人入住。位置相对老城区远一些。

The hotel is very luxurious and excellent but very affordable.
Very Clean, Very Quiet, Very Relaxing to stay.
The food is very good and we love ot so much????..

酒店讯息有误
设定“2年内装修”时、携程推送了Sheraton Hanoi West、我一直以为是新开业的酒店、直到入住后才发现、已开业十年以上。
河内西喜来登酒店 （Sheraton Hanoi West） 的前身其实是 河内雅居阁高级公寓 （Hyatt Regency West Hanoi）
携程显示的“2年内装修”是因为该酒店在 2024年上半年 才正式更名挂牌“喜来登”，并进行了局部翻新（Soft Renovation），但主体硬件确实已步入第十个年头，Marriott 官方新闻稿通常会将此类更名视为新开业，导致预订平台讯息产生误导。
酒店的软硬件老旧、比如：客房无USB接口、无咖啡机，电梯镜面污迹明显，部分楼层甚至有异味
健身房使用的是Life Fitness、但是旧款的型号、最满意就是健身房、Spa、Sauna、Jacuzzi、Steam Room、游泳池的衞生、相比其他楼层、这里是最舒服且乾净的。
自助早餐很丰富、有西餐、中餐、香港点心、日本料理、韩国料理、甜点、越南咖啡等。
糟心的是：早餐是自由选座的、没有工作人员合理安排、也没有牌子能放在桌上提示已有人。
我已经把房卡、及私人物品、茶饮咖啡、麪包放在桌上、拿个餐回来位子竟然被占了、幸好没有贵重物品的丢失。
只能忍气吞声换桌子、一大早遇到这种事、非常影响心情、住客的情绪保险、也是服务质量的关键、酒店应该有更好的方案、去避免住客之间的冲突。
服务好、虽然软硬件老旧、但毕竟是Sheraton培训出来的酒店管理、服务品质达标国际水准、春节还贴心送了惊喜和红包??
这是第一次住酒店收到红包！每间房、每天免费洗两件衣服的福利、也留下了好印象。

The Garden Shopping Center、距离酒店约 5 分钟车程。这是一个充满欧式风格的商场，负一层有大型超市 Big C （GO!），适合采购越南咖啡、腰果等特产。这里有很多韩国餐厅，因为该区是河内的韩国人聚居区。
??地标打卡：Keangnam Landmark 72
河内第一高楼。你可以去 Sky72 观景台 俯瞰河内全景，里面还有电影院和高端餐饮，硬件比酒店要现代得多。
??文化游：河内博物馆 （Hanoi Museum）
建筑外观像一个倒金字塔，非常有设计感，距离酒店很近，适合消磨下午时光，而且非常出片。

入住办理的小男生服务态度非常差，硬件设施也达不到五星级的标准，这样的性价比完全超出超常规的价格，1500人民币住的酒店跟我们国内的是星级水平还不到，建议大家综合选择！

My recent stay at the Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel was an exceptional experience and left a lasting impression on me as a first-time guest. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegant atmosphere and the warm hospitality that defines the Sheraton brand. The hotel’s location by West Lake provides a peaceful and scenic escape from the busy streets of Hanoi, yet it’s conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions and cultural landmarks.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and offered a refreshing welcome drink, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, I found the staff to be attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, whether it was arranging transportation, offering local restaurant recommendations, or providing information about nearby attractions.
My room exceeded expectations — spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a mix of modern comfort and Vietnamese charm. The large windows opened up to a stunning view of West Lake, especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed — a high-quality coffee maker, fast Wi-Fi, and a luxurious bathroom complete with a rain shower and premium toiletries.
Breakfast at the Sheraton Hanoi West was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes — from fresh pho and tropical fruits to pastries and Western-style eggs and bacon. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service in the restaurant was consistently friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the peaceful lake view from the dining area, which made every morning feel special.
During my stay, I also took advantage of the hotel’s facilities — the fitness center was well-maintained with modern equipment, and the outdoor pool area provided a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring. The lounge and bar areas were elegant and comfortable, perfect for enjoying an evening cocktail or meeting with friends.
Overall, my first stay at Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel was outstanding in every aspect — comfort, service, and atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I was impressed by how well the hotel balanced luxury with genuine warmth. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business travelers and tourists looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay in Hanoi. ハノイのトランジットで利用しました。
クラブルームでのカクテルタイムが18时から21时までと3时间もあり、お料理も本当にたくさんありました。
今まで行ったラウンジではトップクラスです。
お酒はセルフサービスで、本当に気楽で楽しめるラウンジです。
朝食も美味しそうなものがたくさんありました。
朝早かったのであまり食べることができなかったので残念です。
朝食の1回目に入れてくれるカプチーノがとても美味しくておかわりしましたが、2回目は入れ方が违ったもので残念でした。
また泊まりたいホテルです。
