  Sheraton West is new but it is not a new built hotel, just a re-developed hotel. ?Overall is good, it is the same as typical Sheraton group hotel. ?However, the price is not competitive plus the shower head design is very very poor in the toilet. ?It is fixed on top of ceiling. ?Even you wash your hair, the feeling is very poor. ?It is design issue, all rooms are the same !

  Located in remote place, nothing much nearby. Will not book this place in the future. There is a supermarket nearby.

  Looks like the 1st , maybe room Servies , took my Sony MX4 headphone on the floor , never find it again , very sad … it’s was a bad experience, as I am rush out the check out , just send them a email for follow up and no hope … Vietnam ????????

  相比于其他家喜来登酒店，这家显得没有那么高调与豪华，电梯感应卡有点难刷，其他都属一般，浴室没有莲蓬头，亚洲人会稍微不习惯

  根本就不像24年开业，更不像五星级，酒店大堂整晚不开空调，大门敞开，蚊子满天飞，酒店大堂的地毯感觉是垃圾场捡来的，酒店靠马路，前门都是灰尘，酒店后面是废墟，双床一个是破的被子，一个是有污渍被子，早上起来发现很多蚊子的血，这就是河内西喜来登！1090一晚！携程平台很不错一直跟我沟通让他们给我退订，但酒店就是不同意??

  房间干净整洁，设施齐全完善配套丰富，卫生也特别干净整洁，环境一流，服务态度热情周到，办理入住快速有效，积极热情，总体非常的不错！特别适合商务出差，或者家庭出行，情侣出玩等等！总体而言很值得推荐给大家！有机会一定再来住！常来住！

  我真的要好好说一下，酒店已经住了好几次了，但是这次体验超级差，一层都是韩国人，早上5点结队出门在走廊喧哗的，也有半夜回来2.3点都不睡觉使劲摔门的，酒店隔音很差，真的崩溃了，冰箱啥都没有，以前住melia 完全不是这样得，只是离我们客户近才住，太难了！ 建议大家选择高楼层，远离韩国人！ 酒店本身没问题，服务也很好，被韩国人烦死了！

  Good hotel for business visit. Close to Korean town area and staff are all polite. Gave me free upgrade room which was very generous.

  Good & nice hotel. Was upgraded at check in. Will stay here again in future if i have another trip to Hanoi.
