Worst hotel ever, not even one star. When asked for coffee, need to charge. House keeping didn’t clean room, just replace towels only. Bath robe also didn’t replace, glass, cups didn’t wash, and even not empty rubbish bin. Share building lobby with a bread shop, and office towers probably, so very crowded lobby with non hotel guests. Although location is good at Central avenue, but I strongly don’t recommend this hotel due to poor service, cleanliness and everything else is bad.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel and specifically thanked to two staff members, Li Ruiqing and Jing Hongsheng, for being exceptionally helpful, kind, and very efficient. Li Ruiqing answered all questions we asked and recommended several places to visit. Their outstanding service made the stay memorable, and we highly recommend the hotel.

Great stay, super convenient. Highly recommended. Near to all attractions and easy to get didi. Lots of great food around, newly open bakery was delicious too.

酒店房间不错挺乾净的，晚上还能看中央大街的夜景灯光，随手一拍是大片，前台的1107小李0730小沫服务态度很好，全程笑脸相迎！

来哈尔滨旅游首选金谷大厦！出门就是中央大街，步行几分钟就到松花江畔和防洪纪念塔，晚上散步看江景超方便，逛吃游玩全程不用绕路。前台1107小李0730小沫1108小姜热情又专业，不仅快速办理入住，细节满满房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，早餐中西式俱全！

金谷大厦酒店是一家4星级酒店，尽管比较老了，但设施齐全，房间中规中矩，衞生整洁，早餐丰盛，只是天冷有些炒菜有点凉。酒店服务热情周到，位置非常优越，就在中央大街边上，离防洪纪念塔比较近。离地铁3号线友谊宫站700多米，出行方便。总体感觉不错。

酒店位置优越，出门就是中央大街，去哪都方便。就是设施太老了，房间很小，电视没法看。洗澡要站在浴缸里，这些还都可以忍受，房间太不隔音了，关门声，旁边房间説话都能听见。第二天就换了酒店，受不了了。
