The hotel is very strategically located, with many food options nearby and close to souvenir shops. The facilities and amenities were excellent. The staff were very helpful; despite the language barrier, they made sincere efforts to fulfil our needs and requirements.
We stayed during the winter season in Harbin, and unfortunately the heater in our room was not functioning properly. Although there was a controller in the room, it did not seem to work. As a result, the room became quite cool at night, and we had to use additional blankets and wear sweaters to sleep.
Overall it was a good stay.

宾馆地理位置方便 楼下就是中央大街 距离地铁2号3号线也方便 提前到还给我们升级了房间 房间乾净 没有异味 工作人员服务细心 下次还会再来

酒店环境好，前台工作人员服务热情，得知我雪乡摔了一跤，又赶时间，还特意帮我升级了房间，因为预订的还没有打扫好，哈尔滨真的是个特别温暖的城市，下次一定还会再来的！

酒店地理位置很好，楼下出门就在中央大街上，站在酒店门口就能看见防洪纪念塔，离江边非常近，出行打车很方便，非常适合旅游住宿。前台小鑫，小齐，小升服务专业细致！餐饮，客房的服务员也非常友好热情！此次哈尔滨之行选择住在金谷大厦酒店绝对是行程加分项！谢谢你们！

主要是因为位置，位置确实极好的，守着中央大街，挨着松花江，3分钟还可到兆麟公园，吃喝玩乐都方便。房间真心不大，设施老旧，电视还是模拟信号的，早餐一般，节日里性价比比较低，主要还是位置好。楼下潮州菜挺正宗、对面安德烈俄餐也还好，总之周边都是好吃的
