床品衞生堪忧，被子居然有这种一滩发黄的污渍，还好自带了一次性床品被套。
里面酒店设施环境还是非常不错的，办理入住的人员也还算热情。
但是总机服务是真的差，需要的用品説了之后也不跟你多説什么，直接挂断电话。住了这么多次万豪和其他品牌的，从来没有遇到过这样的，还是因为在度假区就随意？

设施：设施齐全，有书吧，小童娱乐区，小朋友玩得很开心，特别喜欢小丑和魔术表演
环境：庄园里环境不错，欧式风格的建筑，还有一个中心湖，就是一部分区域正在装修，有点吵
服务：服务很好，刚开始的房间烟味很重，及时给我们更换了房间
[国医国药温泉]优质珍稀偏硅酸纯天然温泉:相比其他温泉来説非常不错，池子也挺多的

圣诞节河源温泉之旅嘅第2日到左巴伐利亚庄园，拣左喜来登酒店~ 好西式嘅一个渡假村~ 环境好适合打卡~
房大床大，卫生很好有一股香气，落地玻璃面对湖境心懭神怡~
柜枱哥哥好nice,送左只劳苏俾我女~ 感谢~
晚上揸车去左附近嘅雄源农家菜食窑鸡同蒸米粉~
第二日早餐响酒店地下食自助早餐，都颇多野食~ 食饱饱抖多阵继续出发到今次终点站河源热水镇 ~

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is clean and the view is nice.
We were impressed by receptionist Ms 支，her well-mannered and friendly made us feel welcomed.

The service is amazing.
Upon checking they explained all the benefits and working hours with a lot of patience and she try her best to find the perfect room for us.
During breakfast again they introduce the buffet and make sure we had everything we needed. Maggie and Wendy were very friendly and professional and the food was delicious and well presented.
The GM Kevin is clearly making a great job considering the maintenance of the rooms and the consistent service from the staff. Would super recommend this property; specially for people traveling with kids.

The view is superb. But location is too far from city and high speed railway station.
Not much restaurants nearby, hence have to travel 40 minutes to Heyuan city for nice food.
The hot spring staffs were very bad manner. Not friendly at all.

Room is big and clean. However, there is not enough reastaurants and eatery place.
Location is not convenient for travellers via high speed train as it takes more than 40 minutes via Taxi.
The Reception ladies at the hotel spring counter is very bad manners to customers.
Re coffee shop breakfast in the morning, the food selection is mainly cater for tour group. For individual travellers, RMB128 per person breakfast charge is not worth the value. The coffee machine is very limited on choice of coffee and have to queue up quite long.
