The buffet dinner has a very wide spread and is of high quality. The room 4032 has a very good view. From the window can see the cloud sea and sunset. The butler 黄星华 is very dedicated and looks into our needs. Really great butler. Highly recommend.

i had a really pleasant stay here, but what stood out the most was the staff — especially 宋书琳. i reached out to her very last minute when i realised i might not be able to catch my train (which meant i’d miss my flight too), and she went above and beyond to help. she patiently guided me through everything — from what time we should start heading down the mountain, to when the cable cars and buses start operating. she even went the extra mile to contact a driver she knew to make sure we had transport that early in the morning. all this was outside of her working hours, which made me even more grateful. thanks to her, everything went smoothly and i managed to catch my train and flight.
the hotel itself is also conveniently located in the centre, with restaurants and shops nearby. overall, a great experience and i’m really thankful for the warm hospitality.
这次入住的体验非常愉快，但让我印象最深刻的是酒店的员工——特别是宋书琳。
在我快要出发的前一晚，才突然发现自己很可能赶不上火车（如果错过火车，就意味着也会错过已经订好的航班），当时真的非常着急。幸好联系到了宋书琳，她非常耐心又细心地帮助我，从什么时候该开始下山、缆车和巴士的运营时间，都一步步为我解答。她甚至还特地联系了一位熟悉的司机，担心我们一大早在山里打不到车。最让我感动的是，她做这些的时候其实已经下班了，却依然尽心尽力地帮助我。正是因为她的帮助，我才能顺利赶上火车和航班，真的非常感谢！
酒店的位置也很方便，就在中心地段，附近有餐厅和商店。整体体验很好，很感谢这里的热情与周到。

We had a great stay here. 石小敏is our personal butler and attended to all our needs, providing us with birthday noodles, fresh orange juice, coffee, etc. The service provided by her is impeccable. Definitely a great place to stay if u intend to stay overnight in 黄山 and see the sunrise.

爬黄山住山上的酒店是非常正确的选择，自助餐虽然价格不低但是菜品种类和味道都算优秀，住宿环境也比较干净，酒店会提供棉袄和雨衣。石小敏管家非常热情，又是送吃的又是送水果咖啡的，可以说是把我们安排得舒舒服服。如果有朋友来玩愿意给朋友推荐。

这次来黄山旅游出行体验感超好，带娃爬黄山本来就累，白云宾馆这“宾至如归”的服务也太加分了！黄管家把我们出行路线规划得明明白白，直接帮你省了好多顾虑的问题，这五星好评给得太值了，下次来还会选择这，也会推荐给朋友们！

很满意的一次入住体验，管家黄星华姐姐带我们入住房间的时候看我们的房间光线不是很好，主动提出可以去向领导申请下是否可以升级房型，帮我们升级了一个采光很好的房间，遇到一些小问题也解决的很及时很到位，虽然没能遇到好天气，但是在白云宾馆的入住体验很温馨，晚上也很安静，订的自助早餐和晚餐也都很不错！管家姐姐还送了伴手礼！

这次入住白云宾馆体验太棒啦，尤其是管家石小敏的服务着实惊艳。提醒日落日出演出的时间，提供各种酒店讯息，并送了暖心咖啡和水果……虽然由于天气原因没看到日落和日出，但黄山的美景和白云宾馆的贴心管家服务使我们不虚此行。酒店外宾很多，白云宾馆的高水准服务体现了中国旅游业和酒店业的高标准和国际化。下次来黄山还是会选这家酒店，并将推荐给我的亲朋好友。
