门口礼宾曹大哥主动热情，看到我带着孩子拿行李沉重立刻上前帮忙搬运，动作麻利，让人非常安心。前台小张服务贴心，办理入住手续又快又仔细，全程笑亲切，还主动提醒早餐时间和周边好玩的地方，体验超棒。再来济南还会住凯悦！？

服务非常好，表扬前厅部董经理，温馨提示，一一介绍，无论是酒店设施设备，还是着名景点游玩路线都非常仔细，主要是非常细心的小伙子，把这次总体的入住体验拉上去了。酒店周边购物逛街也非常方便，衞生也非常乾净，总之非常满意。

第一次住这里也是最后一次了，到酒店卡着点想去吃自助晚餐，入住的时候有什么不方便得提前讲清楚也能理解，到自助餐厅门口，不让进，説有个一百多人的团队，成不下我们这两大两小的人，呵呵，孩子饿着肚子叫我们去旁边等一个小时再进，住这么多家酒店，遇到开会的有团队的也很多，从来没有説多了这几个人就坐不开了！
简介上説有什么小童乐园，心思带孩子去玩玩，从来没见到过这样的小童乐园，惊呆了呵呵，就和商场卖衣服那点地一样！
早上吃早饭，没有盒装酸奶也理解，孩子想那就喝个饮料吧，去柜子那里转悠半天，空手回来了，説那个柜子上挂一把大锁，真是难为这个柜子了，挂那么大把锁！

We booked the Kangyi Connecting Family Room, and it was an excellent choice for a family group. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel generously allowed us to check in early. Even when one of the two rooms wasn’t ready yet, they let us safely leave our luggage so we could head out and tour the city without hassle. The front desk staff speak English, which made everything straightforward.
Both rooms were very clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The twin room even had a bath tub, while the other room was thoughtfully designed for older guests or wheelchair users, with supportive handles in the bathroom — a detail we appreciated.
The Wi-Fi is fast, and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant offered a convenient start to the day.
One of the highlights was that the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful since our train ride was scheduled for later in the afternoon. This flexibility made our stay even more comfortable.
Overall, a great hotel for families looking for convenience, comfort, and dependable service. I would definitely stay here again.

酒店位置很好，楼层很高，看风景特别棒，骑车到大明湖15分钟，骑车到趵突泉也就十多分钟，离大观园也就骑车三分钟。房间很大，洗澡很舒服，床也很舒适，打扫衞生的阿姨也很好，前台还给升了级，我们住的很开心。早饭特别棒，很多好吃的，价格也不贵，太赞了

前台热情友好，房间设施不错，乾净舒适。酒店位置也很好，方便停车和打车，离市内的景区不算远。早餐丰富，很不错。

酒店位于济南老城区
离火车站挺近
交通比较方便
旁边走不远就是万达广场
吃饭购物也比较方便
门口的喷泉很有意思
像是一个风水布阵
酒店虽説开了十多年了
当年酒店设计审美还是在线的
公共区域简洁大气
电梯多而且速度也很快
公共区域和房间衞生都打扫的挺好
服务人员大都不错
房间设施不算新了
维护的还可以
淋浴设备真不太行了
应该更新一下
牙膏牙刷比较好用
房间面积还可以
窗框有浮土
也可能是济南乾燥土多吧
送餐的机器人
打扮得很是可爱
床是硬床睡起来比较舒服
左边床头插座充手机不好用
右边的不错还有typeC和usb直冲

We had an excellent stay! We booked a suite (Room 1119) through Trip.com and got a fantastic deal. It turns out the suite booking comes with great benefits that weren't listed on Trip.com, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The food was delicious and better than at many other hotels.
While the hotel building is a bit older, everything else was perfect. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool is great (just remember to bring your swim cap!). The suite booking also included a complimentary clothing cleaning service (one piece per person), which was a great perk.
A special thank you to reception desk李影, 26 floor 小常小魏and莎莎for their outstanding service—they were all incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
这次入住体验非常棒！我们通过 Trip.com 预订了一间套房（1119 房），价格非常划算。我们后来了解到，套房本身包含一些超值福利（只是未在 Trip.com 上显示），例如早餐、下午茶和晚间饮品。酒店的餐饮相当不错，比其他许多酒店都要好。
酒店建筑稍有些年代感，但其他一切都很完美。健身房设施齐全，游泳池也很棒（请注意需要佩戴泳帽！）。套房预订还包含了免费的衣物清洁服务（每人一件），这非常贴心。
特别要感谢前台的李影、26楼的小常小魏和莎莎，她们的服务非常出色，每个人都特别友善、细心且乐于助人，让我们的入住体验更加美好

The worse hotel i ever had. First, the hotel is 15 years old which do not give a good feeling of goodlooking and cleanliness. Room is dark and found the bed **** broken.
The leaving day, i fall down between the entrance and the bathroom access. There was a water leakage from the ceiling and i was wearing sleeper. Luckily only my glasses got broken.
Management did not take it very seriously, just handle the fix my glasses to nearest shop.
I will not recommand to any people
I want claim for compensation/reimbursement
