Do not book this hotel !
My family and I booked Kaifeng Sheraton two nights. Traveling with elders were difficult to manage so we decided to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. The same night our family 6 people including myself got food poisoning. All have diarrheas. The cause was the pigeon soup. We had to cancel our plans for the day and next. The way hotel dealt with this issue was horrible. They kept on denying the responsibility and blaming us for the meal earlier. They refused to meet my request and refused to share contact of their general manger for further escalation. Kaifeng Sheraton was a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

带着老母亲来开封游玩，酒店很新，前台牛小姐（牛萌遥）很专业，耐心。对我们提出的要求尽量解决，与我八十多岁的老母亲交谈，让老妈特别高兴，要求我一定要表扬小姑娘。整个的大堂人员都素质很高，几个小伙子又高又帅，还彬彬有礼。酒店房间挺新的，能看见西湖很美的风景。值得一住。

很新的酒店，前台的牛梦遥（应该是这名字吧？）小姑娘特别可爱，由于我订了两间房间，可不记的用谁的名字预定的，她特耐心的为我查询，我母亲八十多岁了，她也是关心照顾。她让我觉得开封的美好，酒店服务人员的素质挺高的。房间很大也很舒服，景观优美。

很新的酒店，早餐到10点，吃的挺丰富。这个酒店的会议很多，前台帮忙升级到了行政套房，看着西湖，夜景很美，但是市政在修路，半夜还有声音，对于我这种神经衰弱的人有点糟心，还好房间隔音，邻居没有影响到我，在新城区，附近的邢家锅贴推荐一下，灌汤包和锅贴都好吃，比黄家的好吃，可以不用去黄家了。

早餐还是很不错的，而且停车比较方便，本来冲着游泳池定的，但是因为疫情没有开，所以比较遗憾，不过酒店体验感还是很好的，环境也很好，对面就是开封西湖，景色也挺美
