Perfect location with a wonderful harbour view from the balcony. The spacious room and comfortable super king-size bed made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently linked to a Hanshin Department Store on level 1. One minor drawback is that there is only one sink for a four-person room, and the water dispenser is only available on the 16th floor, as bottled water is still provided in the room

房间景观美好，房间面积大更有一个小厅可用。窗帘遮光效果好好，房间隔音性能好好，空调够冷，热水够热，水压足够。

Excellent view, room was large and comfortable and location is good. Yes as others have pointed out rooms are a bit dated since it's a hotel with some history, however the price is excellent compared to others.

每次到高雄都会住汉来，虽然设施旧了点，但服务态度极好，迎宾却丝毫不怠慢，同栋建筑有百货可逛很方便

饭店知道孩子的生日简单进行布置，并且帮我们升等港景房，房间宽敞乾净，地理位置更是好，比较可惜的是没有提早预订到自助餐厅。

早歺还是很丰盛，遗憾的是，做的最好吃的海产粥里面的蝨目鱼片改成其它鱼片了，吃起来比以前差好多，希望能再用回蝨目鱼。

这次入住高雄汉来的酷洛米主题房，整体体验非常棒。房间布置可爱又有特色，小孩一进门就兴奋不已，拍照拍不停。房内备品用心且充满细节，让人感受到满满的主题氛围。服务人员也十分亲切，让我们度过愉快又难忘的住宿时光。
