We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room.

第二次入住高雄汉来大饭店 由服务到酒店既配套都系甘满意?? 今次入住豪华商务套房 酒店贴心送上小点心 另外我地仲包埋我地去行政走廊??

饭店虽然感觉有年份，但是大厅入口很气派，厅内的? coffee shop气氛很好,沙发很好坐。建议不管是临时用餐还是住宿，想进去享用餐饮前都得要提前订位。我们虽然是饭店的住客，但临时起意也是得要排位进入候补，没有优先权。这点给想要前往的人一点?小小的Tips。
房间整理得很舒适，订海景房从房间窗户看出去景色优美。但是柜台上面的咖啡机或是冰桶、杯子等，那些想要使用前还是建议要清洗一下，偶可见灰尘。枕头和棉被盖起来都很沉重，那代表湿气很重，而且枕头?睡起来有种可能没有烘乾或日晒或是可能搁置存放在潮湿的地方，有点味道。饭店浴室只有提供大小毛巾，吹风机而已。?但对于会自行携带备品的我们来说这都不是问题，我们除了有携带一次性的抛弃式毛巾/浴巾以外，也有携带一次性抛弃型的枕头套。我很高兴我有带这个东西，能让我好好睡上一觉，补充体力。
饭店附近没有捷运，得走一段路才有轻轨。我觉得饭店在来回接驳这部分如果能再多用点心着墨，我想会更加提高住客率。?
此回订平常日$5680 /海景房，我觉得以这样子的陈年装潢设施，我觉得价位控制在$4200上下会比较合理。不然我宁可出国去玩，这个房价我在国外可以住到很好的房间。台湾的房价真的太高，住得跟过夜的都一样??

去年住过高雄汉来大酒店十分喜欢。我们今年来高雄当然还是首选汉来。汉来有气派的大堂，一流的服务，临近高雄港和爱河的地理位置，还有其楼下的百货商店和美食广场。汉来的早饭也是一流的，品质好种类多。

每次到高雄出差.首选（汉来饭店）.因为地理位置优越.交通方便。楼下（汉神百货）逛街买东西的好地方。美食餐厅很多又好吃。汉来饭店的（焰）牛排馆是我最爱的餐厅.（名人坊）是我宴客最爱的餐厅.户外游泳池真好玩.很漂亮.我最爱拍照的地方。房间床铺很好睡.舒服的休息睡觉。窗外的风景.光荣码头.流行音乐中心.夜景很美.总是让人看到欣欣向荣的高雄。很棒的饭店.值得推荐大家

Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.

If they provide the shuttle service to the 捷运 or outlet park will be highly recommend .Also excellent breakfast and view from the room
