Always love the place. But i suggest to upgrade the gym facilities. For a luxury place, i’ve seen better gym than this place. I got a birthday cake when i checking in. The cleaner staff need to better thorougly check the roon for cleaning

I booked Hyatt for my anniversary, they provided complimentary free room decorations for me . This is incredible work you guys having, I hope they need to check out the Packing Blok B i got trapped inside for 10 minutes, wait till the maintenance guy come to check it out . He said is was something wrong with the railing. Anyway everything is good apart form the TNG railing !!!

Room are newly renovated few years ago but it seems a little run down, live band in pub until 1am. So if you’re here to enjoy vacation, most welcome. Recommend

Still in good shape but they need to be more careful of clearing the trash at the deck chair area. Nobody can relax beside a tray of empty cans and food scraps

location was great, just a step away from the beach teluk cempedak. Near to Kuantan town. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Toilet with good shower.
The only downside was the main phone next to bed was not functioning, however there was another phone in the toilet which can be used.
It would be better if there was a mirror in the room itself. There was no mirror in the room, and everytime we need to get prepare or makeup, we need to go toilet to use mirror.

The sea view was nice. The facilities, breakfast, and other services were good and not bad. I would like to go again.

Hotel a bit old. Location is great, facing south china sea. Can feel the sea breeze, sea view very relaxing. Room need to refurbish.
