对面就是阿罗街，出行方便。酒店内部也很乾净衞生，床不硬不软，很舒适。

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the concierge staff were very welcoming. Everything in the minibar could be consumed, which was a nice touch.
We did encounter one hiccup during the welcome drink redemption. The options were extremely limited - only two types of drinks (Bandung), both served cold. As someone who doesn’t drink cold beverages, I wasn’t able to redeem mine. Unfortunately, the bartender also appeared rather unfriendly, which made the experience feel less welcoming.
In addition, the hotel’s cleanliness could be improved. We noticed hair in the bathroom near the bath amenities, and the curtains had visible stains.
There also seemed to be a gap or opening in the room, meaning it wasn’t fully sealed (as shown in the picture). As a result, it was quite noisy - we could clearly hear traffic from the road as well as noises from the hallway outside the room. This made it difficult to have a peaceful night’s sleep.
Nonetheless, the location was great and very convenient, with free parking available. Overall, the service was more or less good.

酒店挺行的，特别多五迷老师，就是人有点多，其他还好，希望酒店下次可以加强服务，周围也挺方便的，很多吃的

First time stay at Accord Hotel, room size still acceptable, but the sound proves in the room can be improve.. cos can easily hear the outdoor activities sound.. Location is near to local food stalls and convenient to look for nice local food.. If the room rate is good, can consider to come back again next time..

环境优雅安静，而且服务态度好，比对面的住宿条件好很多，住完了还继续续住了，住了这么多酒店，这家性价比比较高

I've spent 4 nights at Grand Mercure Bukit Bintang as it was a newly renovated and name rebrand from the Old Swiss Garden hotel in October 2025. We've taken the deluxe room and I have to say it is really spacious and the toilet is massive with huge shower space. Complimentary snacks and drinks are given upon check in and it's walking distance to some nice brunch cafes behind the hotel and when you cross the road, it will lead you to Alor street food haven. You can also walk to Chinatown Petaling street which is further away.
The only gripe I have and it only applies if you are using the gym on L3. There's 2 running treadmills but the one on the left side is already not working, leaving one functional only. Aircon wasn't turned on when I wanted to use and I have to call reception twice before someone came down to do it. I hope management sees this and work on the gym equipment maintenance as its only a few months old.
Overall the stay has been a positive one and I hope it stays that way.

Stayed for a night.
Checkin slightly earlier staff informed to come back at 3pm as rooms not ready. When came back around 7plus pm, there was a long queue with only 1 counter available. One of the guest had to inform the bellboy to tell the hotel staff to open another counter.
Staff were polite and they have a service whereby the bellboy will bring your luggages up to your room. Which I felt is a nice touch.
Location is great, beside the hotel has a popular Chinese hotpot. Walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and a new mall.
Parking is straightforward and is complimentary with lift access.
For room wise, decor is nice. Provide drinks in the fridge. However noticed a few ants crawling on the wooden console.
All in all it was a great stay

Always stay in this property when I am in kl. Previously known as Swiss Garden, now Grand Mercure, has renovated its main lobby. Very nice stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room came with free welcome drink at lobby, snacks and can drinks this time. Pleasantly surprised and happy. Will choose this property again.

Excellent stay at Grand Mecure. It was recently renovated and re opened apparently in Oct 2025. Very impressed with the service levels. Mr Zamel was very helpful and I applaud his level of service.
