  Room a bit small but the location is superb. It’s only 2 doors away from the mid valley megamall. Service is good they even granted me late check out for free. Thank you for that. Oh our room has the best KL view.

  The location is good, but my room had many ants when I checked in. I reported it to the staff, but it still affected my comfort. Cleanliness and pest control should be taken more seriously. Thanks

  Has been staying there for my KL outings since 2015 and the location of the hotel within Mid Valley and surroundings is very convenient for anyone looking for shopping at doorsteps and travelling to nearby places of interest is within minutes.

  Honestly this hotel is so dirty . Location is good but it is not properly managed and maintained. Housekeeping should do a good job whereby it is where guest will be staying. The image of the hotel is tarnished . Breakfast is no longer good like the last time. Need improvement asap. There is hairs on the carpet long and black thick hair . And nails also. As shown in the picture. Look at the water sprinkler.. full of dust.

  Had a good stay, check in and out was smooth. Very friendly staff. Just have to take note that parking is chargeable.

  地理位置十分优越和酒店楼下就有广场非常方便，这家酒店不论是商务或者和家人入住都非常的合适，主要是酒店设施齐全和服务还不错，值得推荐

  房间不大不小，但是挺乾净，视野超级好。酒店早餐种类齐全。各种口味都有。周末去吃，人超多。建议早点去。

  房间是新装修，简单又舒适。地点位于吉隆坡最大的商场mid Valley，吃喝玩乐非常方便。 同时，从酒店搭乘火车去中央火车站也就一站路程。

  设施：非常齐全。 衞生：很乾净，会一定时打扫。 环境：在谷中城下面就是超级大的商场，吃饭逛街都很方便。 服务：非常礼貌。 早餐也很丰富。

  房间不是很大，但是装修还是蛮新的，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，地理位置也很方便，楼下就是商场，吃饭逛街都很方便，价格也很有吸引力，下次过来还会考虑这家酒店
