虽然房间较小，但基本设施都齐全，乾净企理。我较喜欢它是连接midvalley商场，基本上下大雨都不怕，商场什么都有。就算要出KL Sentral都不远，grab都只系10分钟。大堂有提供行李磅??

这次入住 Cititel Mid Valley，总体体验令人满意。酒店位置非常优越，紧邻 Mid Valley Megamall 和 The Gardens Mall，无论是购物、餐饮还是交通都十分便利，对需要在吉隆坡市区活动的旅客来説非常合适。
酒店前台办理入住的流程顺畅，工作人员态度友好、专业，办理速度也很快。客房虽然不是特别新，但整洁乾净，基础设施维护良好。床铺舒适，房间隔音效果不错，能够保证良好的休息质量。浴室热水稳定，水压也足够，使用体验很好。
酒店整体的客房服务响应及时，提出需求后很快便能得到处理。
整体来説，Cititel Mid Valley 是一家性价比较高、位置极佳的酒店，适合商务出行或短期旅行。如果未来在 Mid Valley 区域活动，我仍会考虑再次入住。

地理位置很好 下楼就到商场 房间冷气只能调到22度风开三档有霉臭味 还好有附吊搧 早餐真的要早点来吃 8点就是高峰时间 要排大20分钟才能进去 印度煎饼和鸡蛋就一两个人在处理 速度非常慢 但价钱很好 不介意的可以选择这里

The room was clean and bright. The bed was firm and with clean linen. Though a bit small but OK for an overnight space.
There's a working TV with lots of channels to choose from.
Though the room did not have complimentary mineral water, it has a very nice filtered cooler just by the lift.
The bathroom is clean and comes with full complimentary bath amenities.
The aircon was a bit noisy else everything was perfect.
Food here is not bad and breakfast buffet had a good variety to choose and very, very affordable at RM25/pax. Eventhough we went down a bit late, the food was topped up and really, spoiled for choice.

Perfect base, chose this hotel as it was near to Connexion conference centre. Directly connected to Megamall which has tons of fantastic food choices and GSC cinema. Room area is not huge but it has everything you need and is super clean and well designed! Many lifts too so never had to wait. Like that they have water points on every level!

Love staying here. Room a bit small but it’s ok. Most of the time shopping and dining at the mall just next to hotel!

Convenient stay for shopping purpose. Room is bright and quiet. Good to take rest after whole day of shopping. Toilet room door need to be maintained as the sound of rusty metal was getting annoying everytime the door is opened and closed.

The room are small but everything a business travel need they have, the only issue is the room internet speed are slow till affect my online meeting. The bed are comfortable to sleep and the room do not have any unpleasant smell that are my main concern.
