Comfortable bed but flat pillows on both beds that should be replaced. The room was quite dark at night as this could probably be Novotel's theme as i encountered the same in BKK. The brighter lights are at foyer, wardrobe and toilet (with constant blower) instead. Parking is rm 5/day with narrow ramp to B2 that was challenging for MPV. A very convenient location to go Pavillion mall with supermarket, restaurants and eateries.

Hotel location is convenient - just a 1 min walk to the connecting bridge to Pavilion. Room comes with sofa, luggage area able to fit 1 luggage. There is no lights that directly shines on or towards the bed - if one decides to sleep first, will not be affected by the lights used by the other.
Water is provided by filtered tap, empty bottle provided for guest to fill.
Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Thankful for the late check-out granted and there is lounge area to wait for grab.

1st time staying at Novotel KLCC and very good location for shopping & eating around. Pavilion KL Bukit Bintang is just 1-2 minutes walk via overhead bridge.
From this sky bridge can walk about 10 minutes to conventional centre where Aquaria KLCC located then you can walk to Petronas Twin Towers about 5-7 minutes all under cover area. So the hotel location is excellent.
Breakfast is nearly not changing every day so after 3-4 days don’t want to eat.
Will still again when visiting to KL because of location and will recommend to friends & family.

Great stay at Novotel hotel with strategic location 5 minutes walk to pavilion and 10 minutes walk to KLCC.

I stayed at Novotel KLCC and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to Pavilion, Suria KLCC, and public transport, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
During the New Year 2026, the area was pleasantly away from the chaos and road closures, making it easy to move around and enjoy a peaceful stay despite the festive period.
Overall, Novotel KLCC provides good value for money, thanks to its prime location, comfort, and reliable service. A solid choice for families, couples, and business travellers visiting Kuala Lumpur.

地理位置优越，距离柏威年过一个天桥就到了，klcc可以走天桥大概十五分钟，都很方便。但房间空调和冰箱都很吵，声音非常大，隔音还可以。

房间的面积比较宽敞，沙发很舒服，打扫衞生做得很到位，小桌子很方便，可以放置餐饮部提供的餐食。服务人员很贴心热情，打扫清洁的Bari很负责，每天都会辛勤地更换床铺。
但是最值得夸奖的还是携程，24小时人工客服在线贴心地解决入住过程的实际问题，让我深切地感受到身在异国他乡也同样能得到母亲般殷勤的照顾。所以，只要旅行持续，我会继续使用携程的酒店服务。

行政房。房型设计一般，面积尚可。衞生条件及服务还好。地理位置比较优越，窗外景观不错。距离吉隆坡最热闹的双子塔也比较近。性价比较高。
