位置就在百威廉商场对面，穿过廊桥可达，廊桥另一个方向可达双子塔，对面有一个小的711。走到独立广场2公里。早餐简单，有个蜂巢印象深刻，希腊酸奶好吃！

这家酒店给我留下了非常愉快的入住体验。地理位置优越，步行即可到达主要商业区和景点，交通十分便利。前台工作人员热情专业，办理入住手续高效有序。房间整洁舒适，床品柔软乾净，隔音效果良好，确保了安静的休息环境。衞浴设施现代且维护得当，热水供应稳定充足。早餐品种丰富，既有本地特色美食也有西式餐点选择。特别值得一提的是客房服务响应迅速，工作人员始终保持着友善耐心的服务态度。整体而言，无论是商务出行还是休闲旅游，这家酒店都能提供令人满意的住宿体验，性价比相当不错。

走路到柏威年只要2分钟，到KLCC和双子塔也是十多分钟的距离，对面有711，门口就是行人连廊，位置无敌，就是设施偏老旧，空调声音比较大

The best ever hotel I stayed in all my trips to KL!! The service offering is top notch and always the best than the rest… Every single staff member at the hotel has a warm big smile whenever they met you and came across as very approachable. They were always pleased to assist. The food I had in the premium lounge was amazing but the staff out there made my experience even more worthwhile. They made me look forward to the evenings to go spend time in the premium lounge… The cleanliness was outstanding at this hotel and the best part was the air conditioning which made me want to stay in the room at all times to escape from the infamous KL humidity … I for sure will definitely come back here !!

Please stay away from this hotel. Booked this hotel due to distance from KLCC for one night stay. Conclusion: dirty, old, not up to Novotel standard. Room smells, bedding is dirty, bathroom is old and smelly. Wow...how is this hotel part of Novotel chain and claim to be a four star hotel? Please...stay away everyone. I am sure there are plenty of other options for what you will be paying here.

酒店位置非常好，后方马路斜对面即是柏威年商场，步行至麦当劳打卡点、双峯塔、落日飞车上车点、亚罗街均在15分钟以内。高峯叫车可能有困难，但步行至独立广场、茨厂街也只需30分钟，且一路风景不错，有些线路会路过吉隆坡塔，游客打卡附近景点基本可以步行满足一切出行需求。其他：房间大小、环境设施、早餐中规中矩。大门对面写字楼下面有早餐店，不想早起可订无早房。
