  Spacious, sparkling clean room, awesome view, comfortable pillows and most importantly the bed is so comfy! Love the warm welcome from the concierge and front desk. Would like to shout out to Rose for making sure my requests are well taken care of, she took the extra mile to make sure the surprise went well. Really appreciate her a lot. Will definitely be back again ?

  房间面积很大，衞生不错。酒店周边环境也可以。主要是离去新加坡的大巴站比较近。早餐也很好吃。员工态度很好。

  酒店房间够大和乾净，餐厅的早餐都虽然款式不多但是味道还算好吃，酒店的设施只有一个小的泳池和健身房，使用的人不多已经够用

  服务非常无比的差，前台没有中文服务，对於不会英语的我们前台本地人翻白眼了???。然後我预订的标准双床房没有预留，太晚入住当晚给了我一个大床房，沙发拉开当床。五星级收费标准，国内快捷标准。大堂小的可怜早餐也很不友好，几乎没有适合中国胃的！！！都是印度菜居多和麪包类。无比差的体验，直接拉黑的酒店

  The room is not too big even i booked for premium room, but really exclusive & modern. The bed is quite hard for me which is not really comfortable as i prefer softer type of bed. Breakfast was amazing. I will be coming here again just for the breakfast. Everything was soooooo delicious & fresh. Staff was really helpful. The hotel is quit small and in the centre of city. U can go to klcc just by walking. Everything was amazing. Only theres an odor coming from the drainage system in the bathroom. Maybe they should do some cleaning for the drainage system.

  开了一年的酒店，所有设施都很新。不行就可以到双子塔。集团酒店服务标准，早餐丰富多样化。楼顶游泳池人少安静。

  酒店新开甲醛严重超标，我入住中午入住睡了个午休，出去吃饭就感觉喉咙痛，回来要求换房，去看了几个房还是一样，毒房，住不了人，我晚上9点回到酒店要求退房，前台不理会，我到边上酒店重新订房，第二天酒店同携程欺报我是第二天早上8.30退房，不做处理！携程多次沟通没果
