非常不错的酒店，很乾净，特别是空调很足，房间安静舒适，停车也很方便，而且是免费的，离双子塔很近，走走过去就行，是旅游的首选，值得推荐给大家，给一个大大的赞。

入住体感真的很槽糕，第一天到达，晚上已经很晚！洗漱完准备睡，被子掀开，床单无法看！随後联系前台想要退房，携程处理问题经理也和他们礼宾部沟通，他们酒店自己的衞生状况，他们态度很强硬！这个酒店不值这个价格！

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From the moment we step in the lobby, we already feel the warm welcome from the staff. For Sheng (front desk staff), thank you for making our check in so smooth. Even though there is another hotel in the view (our was partially), we don't mind because the services, cleanliness and everything was so perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Roti canai tip top. Thank you for the great experience.

房间布置总体还行，早餐也不错，但酒店位置欠佳，办理入住效率太低，双数房号打开窗帘看见的都是楼房光线极差，且没有马桶垫，垃圾桶没套袋子，多要一瓶矿泉水还有点不情愿，孩子游泳完拖鞋湿了没法再穿丢进垃圾桶，打扫房间就不重新摆放，冰箱里的任何东西都要付费，还一大股榴莲味，毫无全球连锁酒店的优点配不上那麽高的房费。同一地段的宜必思（就在隔壁）价格至少低40%，真是大跌眼镜啦刷新了对老牌五星酒店的认知，很糟糕的一次体验

虽然任何角度都看不见双塔，但是服务和餐饮都很好，三天住宿质量很不错，不过有时需要耐心等待Wi-Fi的连接。
另外，酒店房间内也许采用了人体感应设备，当无人或者睡眠时候用电设备和空调会自动关闭，这个创新设计让我三天都晾不干一条小毛巾

First of all I would like to say a great service from the front desk to housing keeping, everyone is of great help and truly enhanced my stay. Amazing friendly staff service, marvellous amenities and beautiful luxury interior decorations made my day. The rooms are uniquely designed with wonderful art decorations and great layout.

房间不错，但是不给提前入住，提前入住要加差不多500人民币，前台服务态度很差，携程客服介入，説争取12点给我住，我12点回到酒店，酒店又説没房了，房间在打扫，最後差不多3点才入住的，孩子都累坏了

Great service that we have received from each team member. Quite new hotel in town. Great breakfast with a lots of option and choices for you to choose. The most i like is that toast with charcoal, what a unique way! Thank you for the surprised cake ! The room is big, clean and cozy ! But the pillow is too soft...

Wanted to try the new hotel in town, everything was superb so far! Easy access to KLCC and hotel overall is very clean with chic/simple designs.
