The hotel and the room are beautiful. The location is nerby klcc and also bukit bintang and station monorel. The pool is huge.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was satisfactory, but there were several aspects that could have been improved.
**About the Service:**
Our family arrived at the hotel around noon, eager to settle in and start our vacation. Upon checking in at the counter, we were informed that we would receive a call when our room was ready. Unfortunately, the call did not come until 3 o'clock, which left us feeling a bit frustrated. We understood that the official check-in time was at 3, but we noticed other guests arriving at the same time who were able to check into their rooms early. This discrepancy was disappointing, as we were left waiting without clear communication.
During this waiting period, we expected some assistance, typical of 4- or 5-star hotels, which often allow guests to store luggage and enjoy the facilities while waiting for their rooms. Unfortunately, it was only after we inquired about activities for our children that the front desk staff mentioned we could access the playground before check-in. A proactive approach from the counter staff would have made our wait much more pleasant.
**Facilities:**
The amusement park on the hotel grounds was enjoyable, but we encountered an abundance of mosquitoes, which resulted in many bites on our feet. Despite the mosquito issue, we visited on a non-holiday when the park was relatively quiet, allowing our children to have a great time without feeling overwhelmed by crowds.
When we finally arrived in our hotel room, I noticed a few disappointments: there were no bathrobes provided, and we found the absence of paper towels outside the bathroom inconvenient. The only paper towels available were tucked away in the restroom, which made them less accessible for our needs. On a positive note, the bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. We had a twin tower view room, and I must say the scenery was stunning; I truly enjoyed the views from our window.
However, my husband pointed out a safety concern regarding the swimming pool. He mentioned that the tiles used surrounding the pool area were not anti-slip, making it easier to slip and fall—a caution worth noting for families with children.
As for the gym, The gym featured two treadmills, and they were arranged in separate areas for men and women, which provided a sense of privacy. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, there were several service and facility-related aspects that left room for improvement.

酒店地理位置一流，10分钟步行路程到双子塔。
员工礼貌友善。
房间非常大，有小型喇叭，赞。
小瑕疵，花洒日久失修，但反映意见後很快有回应。
设施一流，大泳池连小型水上乐园，适合一家大细。

房间很大，很乾净。离双子塔步行700多米，房间内就能看到双子塔。周围打车吃饭，都很方便。酒店早餐丰富，一楼马来菜餐厅和二楼中国四川餐厅，环境和口味都很好。酒店服务人员服务很好，4楼泳池和小童乐园，带小朋友去玩真的很赞，强烈推荐。

One of the best hotel in kl city with mini waterpark.
Near klcc,pelita & nz (walking distance around 5-10minit)
Got parking but charging Rm10/day unlimited entry
Definitely will come again.

The staff very friendly. Good services. Strategic location. Walking distance to KLCC. The room very spacious suitable for family. The best part is its mini water theme park and outdoor playgrounds. This hotel definitely kids friendly.

We had a nice stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Everything was okay except that we were charged RM98/adult for breakfast. I don’t mind paying RM98/adult for breakfast but I feel cheated because I was told the breakfast was RM65 and they only told me it was Trip mistakes. But funny thing is *********** apps also did mentioned the breakfast was only RM68 and I did call the receptionist before making the booking and they told the breakfast was RM68 ??
Overall we had a nice stay, my kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. But really hope that they can make it clear regarding the breakfast rate.

Excellent Stay!

I have the best moment trip here with my family.All things are very reccomended, the waterpark facilities,room and toilet are very clean, King bed and pillow are very comfort to have a good rest.Place are very affordable to stay on weekdays, such a wonderful trip.I requested for extra blanket, and i had no extra charge for this. All staff are very kind and helpfull.Overall, this hotel are good to stay for family trip and also for work trip.
