  第一天入住酒店已经十二点了，第二天一早起来去马六甲当天回来，回来已晚上九点，本去51楼空中泳池带小朋友玩一个小时的。结果被衞生间头顶的漏水搞的完全没了心情也没有时间了。本身头顶马桶水漏下来滴到身上就已经够恶心了，后面酒店的处理态度更是让人感觉吃了??一样。九点出现漏水第一时间电话通知前台，通知完二十分钟都没人过来，期间携程也帮忙联系，但是酒店就是不接电话。最后只能九点半自己下去前台找他们，才知道他们通知了但是负责人忘了。和前台要求换房，最后来了一个女的经理叫nadia，态度非常傲慢，很不爽的样子给换了一间房，结果上去等了十分钟加电话催促，就是没有礼宾过来帮忙推行李。无奈只能自己夫妻二人带着两个小朋友拖着行李去换房间，到了房间一股巨大烟味（入住时酒店还一本正经的告知吸烟是罚款的），无奈只能自己再次下去前台，这个女的经理表现更加不耐烦，没有任何歉意，反而质疑我説让自己员工去查看确认是不是真有烟味，真把我惹毛了翻脸了，才没有诚意的和我道歉。这种酒店根本就没有任何服务意识，这个女的对几个华人工作人员态度也非常差，有非常明显的zhongzu区别对待，而且也不把携程当一回事，真心不推荐携程用户和中国同胞避雷这种酒店，不能让他们赚着我们的钱还不把我们当一回事。

  Great location! Excellent service! Great spread of breakfast. The room was nice and big. Family enjoyed the hotel stay!

  good location, in the middle of the city, very good facilities available! At first I check into a room that full of bad smoke, after that they got me a new room, but not sure whats wrong with the room AC, 4 of us just woke up in the middle of the night and looking at each other… too hot! good breakfast served, remember not to missed out the roof top sky bar and also the sky bridge!

  酒店位置还是很不错，但是房间内的衞生差，马桶上有水渍，阳台泳池地面有不明污渍，洗手盆的下水也很不通畅。

  为了星空走廊订了这个酒店 环境设施都很棒 按金要400rm也可以付人民币 前台和礼宾服务态度也都很nice

  Great service and friendly staff. Spacious double king beds room with a private swimming pool. Great choice for family. Sky view to Twin Towers by accessing to level 42.

  The room is soooo good, love the pool and also the breakfast, out of my expected, there's a glass walking path in the roof top
