和妈爸一起出行，定的两个卧室的房型，房间大，但是户型不太方正，偶尔等电梯需要花些时间。
房间有洗衣机烘乾机很方便，也比较安静，早餐丰富，无边泳池看双子塔很漂亮，健身房的视野也很好，有机会还会选择住这。

不推荐，体验远低于预期。
入住第一天发现两张床的床单都有脏污，已经让人非常不舒服。虽然叫了前台更换，但工作人员直接把乾净床单放在地上操作，完全没有基本的衞生规范，让人质疑酒店整体的清洁流程。退房会电话催促，也不能延迟到两点。会拒绝延迟退房并让额外付费，整体服务态度和灵活性都很差。

Location was good. Services was top notch. I forgot my things after check-out but they still let me go up the room to take it. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices. Private pool also okay. They give me complimentary cake/cookies for my anniversary hehe thankss. parking is also covered so no need payment just verified the plate number and room number at the reception.

I had a pleasant stay at Imperial Lexis. The rooms were clean, the staff was attentive, and the location was convenient. One of the highlights was the indoor pool, which was spacious and well-maintained. However, the water was quite cold, making it less enjoyable for extended swims. Overall, it’s a great option for a comfortable stay, especially if you don’t mind a brisk dip!

We booked the premium pool suite. Upon check-in, everything in the room was perfect, except for the view. Right across from the room, construction was in progress, and the workers were literally right in front of you (as shown in the picture)—it was an eyesore. While you have a private pool, there is no privacy. I called the reception to inquire about the construction schedule. They informed me that it would continue until 7 p.m. I asked for a room change, and the hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. He even showed me another room (on a lower floor), but when I saw it, I didn’t like the view—it also faced the construction site. The hotel staff only offered me two options: either switch to a lower-floor room or upgrade to a room with more privacy. I had no choice but to opt for the upgrade.
However, the upgraded room was superb! The room is bigger and can accommodate my whole family at a time (more than 10 adults)
The breakfast was excellent!
I loved the private pool room—it was the only place where, as a Muslim, I could swim without wearing a hijab.
Love the sky deck.
When I booked the room in the app, I mentioned that I wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent us a cake and even had the staff sing the birthday song in the room.
Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel!

Lovely stay here though at the start the room given was blocked view with contruction going on. It was inconvinient for me as a muslim lafy as i would need to cover my body while swimming despite the pool being in d room. So i called reception and after 2 calls and help with the staff Pushpa & her manager. They managed to give us a free room upgrade since i was there to celebrate my birthday. Appreciate the help thou we were transfered from level 31 to 16 but it was an unblocked view so i didnt have to worry.
Nice stay but i think the hotel could do better with their soap/shampoo/conditioner. The scent was unpleasant to my liking. Lucky i prepared my own frm home. Otherwise all else was good.
Oh & i got a complimantry birthday cake as well (no photos as it was delicious).

Come for anniversary stay cation. Overall is a good experience for the stay. Have a nice view for the klcc tower. They prepare fruits basket for the compliments. Actually I ask for some anniversary dessert but they replace it as fruits. I am sure if not celebrate anything, u can get the fruit basket as well. ?? The morning breakfast also have variety of the choice just that the aircond too cold. The food within a second already become cold ??
