Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with my 2 brothers. This is a Park Hyatt and so I have very high expectations of this hotel. Arrived at the front desk to check in at 3p.m. but did not get our rooms until 4p.m. which did not give a good first impression. Hotel is within the iconic Merdeka 118 building which is the second highest building in the world at present. The rooms were nice, view from room was stunning and staff were friendly. But there are many negative issues, for example on day 2, I have noticed many checking in at noon and it feels like their system or policies are not adhered to and not clear. As for the hotel itself, I have noticed many many defects that should be rectified before the hotel operation. I suspect that due to delay, the rush to operate the hotel allowed these flaws to be seen by guest. The most alarming one is there are tiles at the pool bottom that have been replaced are very sharp and can easy cut your feet. If injuries happen, it would be a big blow to the hotel's reputation and should not be allowed to be overlooked.

Hotel is new. Rooms are not fully operate yet. Food choices for breakfast are limited. The only nice about the hotel is the high paranomic views & the luxury feel of the hotel room. Hope the hotel can provide complimentary shuttle services to bring guest to nearby shopping attractions in future & also improve their food choices. Overall a nice place for guests who like to have a feel of staying on top of the sky . ????

The service from the staff was good and friendly throughout my stay. The view is fantastic and the facilities are well maintained, which I really enjoyed. The only downside is the location, and 118 Mall hasn’t opened yet, so there aren’t many nearby options.

刚开始营业所以104层的sky bar正在装修，顶楼不开放。早中晚包括下午茶都只能在75层的早餐厅。也怪自己事先功课没做足，觉得这个级别酒店至少3家餐厅起步，然而就一家（就在早餐厅里）。24小时餐厅服务只到晚上11点，且选择不多。
订房是一定要备注别要拐角房，无论是景观还是室内空间布局，没有四四方方的房间感觉好。我那个拐角房有个窗户的电动窗帘还坏了，要不是就住2个晚上肯定换房。
位置也并不便利，中央艺术坊啥厂茨街破破烂烂的千万别去~~~差不多的价格，老老实实去住四季吧~~
唯一值得赞下的是早点。很不错，种类比四季丰富很多且对素食者非常友好~~~
