度假酒店的核心是文化和服务，同一间酒店不同的工作人员会带来绝然不同的感受，在我入住这两天深有体会！第一位管家连续疏忽，这时遇见了酒店经理李阳洁小姐，轻声细语又专业干练，详细讲解酒店的特点、周边景点线路、安排了丰富的非遗活动，全程在线反应迅速，既不打扰又无处不在。我们才发现原来昆明宋品是这麽美，全别墅设计及设施非常高级讲究，餐食也好，处处是景，处处用心。小朋友非常喜欢店内的艾草锤制作、珐琅彩压花、手制茶龙珠活动，有趣又不小儿科。酒店隔壁就是融创文旅城，业态很丰富，价格很公道，还有大型雪世界、海世界、电影院，只这条街吃喝玩乐购物一整天都不够！酒店各方面适配性很高，适合连住几天放松享受。特别令人感动的是看到我们行李比较多还有球具，直接提前帮我们安排了七人车送站，真是用心帮客人着想！虽然姑娘很年轻却感觉有大牌度假酒店的资历！可以説如果不是她，酒店这一切的美好我们都会错过。住过无数度假酒店，昆明宋品是值得体验的。已经计划春节或复活节假期再来住上一段时间。

房间意想不到的大，没想到这个价位就可以住到独栋的别墅，上下两层都有浴室。甚至还有阳台和一个小院子。不得不夸一下设计师，每一处设计都与普通的星级酒店不同，具有独特的中西结合韵味，让人感觉不到是在住一个酒店，更像是一个私人的小型别墅。
服务：酒店园区里通行是使用摆渡车，响应时间很快，负责接待的几位前台经理包括小郭都很热心，有求必应。

I’ve to say this is the best hotel in Kunming, we had terrible busy conference week but the stay at Song hotel gives us wonderful relief in such busy days. We had booked 4 villa rooms including 3 foreigners and the hotel provides us tremendous service during the week. Their facilities, sanitary conditions, restaurant, breakfast, conference room etc are way beyond my expectation. Especially their timely response throughout housekeeper Xiao Bu who can always solve our requirements in just a second. Special thanks to their Chinese restaurant which severed delicate vegetarian food to my colleagues!

Booked a family villa for 4 people to stay and honestly the photos don't do the place justice! It was a beautifully set up and the extra services (photography, welcome platter etc.) were a fun touch. There was a wide range of food for a buffet breakfast (as recounted by my parents) although a bit expensive in comparison to other hotels of similar calibre. The amenities and architecture were definitely a standout here!

Highly recommend Song Hotel - fantastic location in a quiet part of the town but short ride to the city, stuff (Janice deserves a special mention) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, new facilities and stunning villa - we wish we could stay longer and would recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Kunming.

Excellent services but language is big issue they need to have English speaking customer care two times we ended up ordering wrong food

Lovely stay at Song Hotel. Special shout out to Winnie and Blair who accommodated all our needs and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities-wise everything was well stocked and our family felt at ease and at home. Price is slightly steep all things considered, but we had more space than we’d ever need. Solid recommend.
