Next to the Green Lake which is a well-known tourist spot but not so close to the CBD. Nice facility and staff is friendly. Like the nightly snack and fruits which added a wow factor.
Highly recommended.

Perfect for an overnight city stop. The location is ideal — walkable to Green Lake Park and close to restaurants and the night market. The room was comfortable and spacious, and check-in was smooth. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and quick access to Kunming Station the next morning. A solid choice for families in transit through Kunming.

good location with green lake right in front.
But unfortunately I have found the hotel is not clean, especially the coffee shop, the carpet is greasy!

Truly wonderful hotel! ?It is situated just across the road from Green Lake, which never ceases to inspire as you wander around the lakes and watch the wildlife. ?The hotel staff are superb, genuinely wanting to do everything they can to ensure a happy stay. ?I was particularly impressed when, in response to an electrical problem at 10.30pm, the maintenance man was accompanied by a female English speaker - therefore putting me completely at ease. ?The food has an excellent Western choice, as well as Chinese. ?Anyone visiting Kunming would be foolish to stay anywhere else!!

Location next to 翠湖公园 and shopping and eateries.
Feel relaxing just strolling at 翠湖公园 。 there are seagulls..beautiful. close to 云南映像。

翠湖宾馆就位于昆明翠湖边上，在市中心核心区，位置相当好。周围有正义坊、陆军讲武堂、云南抗战纪念馆、云南大学、卢汉公馆等景点，逛街非常方便，都在步行距离。打车到大观楼和民族村也不远。宾馆虽然历史悠久，但服务非常好，特别是特别推出的管家服务非常贴心。我们的管家后来才知道叫高玲安，每天都安排送上了好喝的银耳汤，还给我们投食很多小零食，体验非常好。

这大概是我住过最大方的酒店了，每天都有吃不完的零食、水果，每晚都会送上寝前饮品，不只有小朋友的儿童洗护套装，还特意准备了疫情防护套装，服务员也很热情，地理位置优越，在这里真的住得超舒心??

这大概是我住过最大方的酒店了，每天都有吃不完的零食、水果，每晚都会送上寝前饮品，不只有小朋友的儿童洗护套装，还特意准备了疫情防护套装，酒店的地理位置得天独厚，就在翠湖公园边，去哪里玩都方便，服务员也很热情，在这里真的住得超舒心??，特别感谢管家高玲梅小姐的热情服务，解决了我所有的问题，临行还送上了礼物和祝福，让我们的昆明之旅画上了圆满的句号，特别感谢管家高玲梅，以后来昆明还是找她。

虽然昆明比她好的酒店很多，但我还是觉得翠湖是特别的存在，翠湖之于昆明，就像白天鹅之于广州人，这是我的理解，所以来昆明，对比了很多酒店，依然选择她家。
酒店地理位置是最大的优势，另外服务采用的管家式服务，很贴心，每天有水果和糖水赠送，这次还给免费升级了行政房，享用了行政酒廊下午茶，虽然出品没有很惊艳，但这份心意很打动人，酒店一楼的黑珍珠餐厅，出品还不错，但服务有待加强，希望酒店继续加油，每一次来昆明，都会来报道滴????
