Exceptional location. I felt very safe and at home at all times. Good staff and I have to say the Lao at ion is perfect. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend it for families.

房间很小，行李箱只能竖着放，无法展开。书桌到床空间很小，腿只能斜着放。房间隔音也不行。没有咖啡机，只有三合一速溶咖啡，提供茶也不行。设施在中国，应在在2星左右。
热水器的龙头有点坏了，开着开着就越来越热，
窗户看不清外面
服务人员态度还可以，有什么问题都很耐心会解答。早餐入场可能需要排队，不过早餐并没有太多特色。
地段是这个酒店最大的优势，离海德公园很近。

Lancaster Gate Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have been there multiple times on my own , visiting from USA, and also with my husband last week. The hotel is lovely, very clean, very welcoming, very helpful staff , lovely rooms and a great English breakfast buffet every morning. It is a pleasure to be in this hotel, I love it. It is also in a safe area with easy access to 2 tube stops and an easy walk to Hyde Park for an early morning stroll.
They will also take your luggage in and store it if you get in early in the morning, and even look after it for a couple of days if you are going up north to visit relatives for a few days. This is by far the best hotel I have found and highly recommend it , it's perfect !!
Thank you for making our London trip so pleasant. Looking forward to my next trip.

Lancaster Gate Hotel was exactly what we needed - great location, comfortable bed, quiet and safe area. Breakfast was good,quite basic, but nothing to complain about. It got very busy, but we managed to get a table quickly.
The only thing to note is that soundproofing in the room is not the best, we could hear our neighbours quite clearly through the walls / ceiling. It didn’t bother us and we enjoyed our stay.
Overall, amazing value for money, we would come back!

Good location near tube. This hotel is spotless and this is very important for me.
The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the room was very cold, it was very cold weather for March but no heating in the room, only the bathroom.
There was a new cashier system in place and the staff were struggling to get used to it, very long wait for drinks etc because of this.
This is my second time staying here. It is a good base for London.
Breakfast was ok.

The hotel location is close to queensway & bayswater stations of 2 different underground lines which easily reach other districts.
Only 15 mins walk to paddington railway station, no steps on the path
