已入住多次，今次办理时间较耐，人比较多。有位四眼哥哥负责办理入住，态度热情度一般，把办理证件不太礼貌掉比客人，希望下次可以改善一下行为。房间一如以往，很好很舒适，冷气足够。希望行人天穚快d完工，会方便很多。

同妈妈去旅行，订了多间房，而妈妈的房间，前度同事Ruby 自动帮妈妈升级了，房间大了，无障外的设施，方便出入，新酒店其他房间比我想像较大，一齐设备都好，唯一不足是房间锁匙只备用一卡，出入较为不便前後出入。

酒店位置尚算方便，邻近百老汇从百老汇走3分钟就到
酒店附近也有巴士站
位置而言算不错
房间大小足够。厕所乾净有小厨
设施新净 水压略细 但可接受
景色非常好 我们房屋是城景但也看到日落
以600元这价钱已是超值
唯一有意见是酒店前枱职员不算很友善
但也不是没有礼貌只是不会主动提供协助跟提问是会表示不耐烦
但以这个价钱也算是没有投诉

I enjoyed my stay at the Maria Phantom Apartment Hotel. It is located in close proximity to the subway and relatively close to the popular attractions. The condition of the apartment was superb. The room is equipped with a tv, sofa and a small kitchen area for cooking. It was very spacious, neat and well-kept. We had an amazing city view from our room. My overall experience was good and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and cost effective accommodation.

Room was nice. Liked the layout of the room. However, several unpleasant experiences due to other guests or resident staying in the hotel. On our same floor, there were guests who did not close the door while sleeping, there were people who opened doors who speak and laugh loudly, guests cooking with doors opened thus triggering fire alarms etc. It may be something coincidental, however it affected my stay. In summary, the rooms are just not well ventilated enough to cause issues like this. It gave me the impression that I am staying in a backpacker hostel.
As I did not like the environment, I requested for a refund for my unused night with the hotel, requested via trip.com, unfortunately the hotel did not agree to my request.
Location wise, as I was going to Venetian for an event, it was well located for the budget. 19 min walk. Front desk service was helpful in helping me get a cab, and providing directions to move around.
In summary, it is not a hotel I would recommend to my own friends.

I recently stayed at Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel in Macau and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a vibrant area, offering stunning views of the marina. The apartment-style rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a home-like comfort with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide excellent service. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. The convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchenette in the room was a great bonus. I highly recommend Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Macau.

it was a decent hotel and everything was smooth except for the lights to be all turned off with the toilets . Had a good time spending in this beautiful city
