  12月2日—4日，休闲度假，这次选择澳门伦敦人名滙酒店入住，体验感受服务真的很好，因为入住时间一般都是下午15.00才可入住，我在前台办理check-in时已经是15.00过了，前台服务説无烟区还需要再等一下，保洁还没结束，豪华大床房有点紧张，可以帮我升级套房，先徵求了意见，离电梯比较远，是否介意，回覆説不介意，就马上办理了升级套房，立即就提着行李入住了，房间很满意，首住第一天，冰箱饮料，小零食免费用，很贴心，正很饿，又不想出去了，贴心周到，开车2个半小时，入口横琴口岸，已经很累了，需要休息一下，完全给我当时提供了方便，很满意酒店服务，这是其一。 其二，12月4日中午退房离开时，叫了服务生帮忙来房间拿一些行李，比预计时间还要快捷就来了，服务笑容真诚，他説，我叫Koenig，女士，一切有我来为您服务，有礼貌，语气非常亲切，这样的服务生给人印象非常好，彬彬有礼，看得出酒店培训工作也很到位，Koenig完全是受过专业培训的酒店服务生，每个动作都是规范动作，主动问客户入住感受如何，对酒店满意吗？是否方便，跟客户主动沟通交流，説明他很关注客户感受，这是极好的表现，酒店其实很需要这样的一线员工来反馈客户的入住体验的，这为我下次再入住伦敦人名滙酒店已经有了好的选择，希望酒店有更多的惊喜给游客。????????

  虽然特色服务我一个都没体验到，但这次的选择我和家人都很满意??????酒店是英伦风，大堂很漂亮，房间很新，乾净整洁，没异味，隔音效果很好，色调也很高贵典雅，整体很大气舒服。床是1.3米，够宽，比有些1.1～1.2的舒服太多了！厅里的沙发也够大，睡两人都可以了??特别是衞浴，好大，和睡房面积一样大，乾净，明亮，还是智能马桶??????吧枱里的食品随便吃，免费（额外加的就要收费了）。就在酒店门口就能拍到这麽多美景??服务也特别好！临时出状况，客服马上帮忙解决??????有24小时餐食，无论什麽时候都饿不着，只是价格看个人的接受程度了。整体感觉给满分??！

  The best and most beautiful hotel accomodation I have ever experience. Airport pickup by hotel limousine was pre organised to welcoming us at the hotel front door by a dedicated host, leading us straight to the suite, skipping the checkin process at the lobby was fantastic. Breakfast & dinner at Hampton Court was very luxury, absolutely fantastic. Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient and respond was very fast. The best feature in our suite was the massage chair.

  My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

  新开业的澳门伦敦人名滙酒店果然没让我失望！作为新酒店，从大堂到房间处处透着精致与洁净，环境非常舒适。 特别要夸夸前台Jacky小哥，不仅服务热情周到，还贴心帮我免费升级了景观套房！推开房门那刻简直惊喜——客厅正对窗外的巴黎铁塔景观，夜晚亮灯时格外浪漫。Jacky还送了个超可爱的限定公仔，瞬间被圈粉！ 套房空间宽敞，装潢时尚大气。最爱那张超大沙发，坐下去整个人都被包裹住，柔软得不想起来。房间还配备了足部按摩仪，逛完一天回来按上半小时，疲劳全消。172cm的我躺在浴缸里完全能舒展，热水出得快又充沛，洗澡成了享受。乾湿分离设计很贴心，换气系统让空气始终清新。 迷你吧的饮料品质出众，每晚在静谧中安眠。酒店**车班次密集，来回各景点超级方便，步行到购物区也只需五分钟。 这次入住每个细节都令人愉悦，绝对会再回来！强烈推荐给计划来澳门的朋友们～

  会点评的酒店要嘛很好要嘛就是很差！给满分就是它的硬件软件超过了它的价格 可以算澳门性价比最高的酒店了，到了才发现之前叫的金沙城中心改成澳门伦敦人了 就是以前的喜来登整体装修改了品牌，全套byredo洗护 咖啡机 智能马桶 液晶大电视 全部满足个人需求 床垫软硬适中 ，新开业 有些味道 瑕不掩瑜，楼下店铺也整体升级 二楼泡泡玛特可以算整个澳门最好逛的 货品也齐全，推荐入住！！

  We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

  We were staying at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we checked in late, the staff has been incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to suggest nearby restaurants and even checked the operational hours for us so we didn’t have to stress. The room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary – such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. We ordered room service and were very impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to the room staff who were exceptionally friendly. They helped set up our dining table and took the time to explain each dish in detail, which made the experience feel truly personalized. We’re really enjoying our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team for making our celebration so special!

  Excellent stay. Pure luxury. This hotel truly is a gem. The staff is super friendly. Spend a few extra bucks. You won’t regret it. Loved all the free transportation options too, from/to Taipa ferry, central Macau, other venues.
