This was our family’s first time staying at The London Grand and we are thoroughly pleased with the experience. We are incredibly grateful for receiving a free upgrade from Grace, who escorted us to the Elizabeth suite and printed out a free picture album for us as a little souvenir. Drinks and snacks from the minibar were complementary, and the suite itself was clean and spacious.
The hotel is within walking distance to other hotels, and offers a wide range of food and shopping stores.
We look forward to coming back and highly recommend to others!

My stay in the hotel was absolutely the best time in Macau. The room was very spacious, new and fabulous. It really displays how a new 5 star hotel nowadays. The staffs were also accommodating especially to inquiries and concerns. I will definitely come back.

I have a great stay at Londoner Grand Hotel Bond Tower. Today Macau is currently experiencing a Super Typhoon. Check in was fast, I only booked 1 deluxe twin book but I was upgraded to Suite Room by Mr. Randy Xu FODM for making my stay top notch and memorable. The room was new, big, clean and was really beautiful. Thank you to all the hotel staff especially the top notch guest service that I've experience. Thank FO Mr. Mike, guest service Mt. Orlhy, housekeeping and IRD staffs. Thanks Londoner Grand Hotel.
PS. I DEFINITELY Loved the Foot Massager.

the hotel staff is very nice, I come for my anniversary celebration, and so grateful that I got upgrade to the suite and with the eiffel tower view! the room is great and what's more the food from room service is really good. I will definitely come back for my another holiday.

这次入住体验有些失望，主要有几个问题想反馈一下。
首先是入住流程。我晚上10点多到店，Check-in人很多，但完全没有任何排队指引或标识。我和其他不少客人一样都很迷茫，直接走到柜台才被告知要去排队，后来才有工作人员过来指引。这个流程设计得很不合理，高峰期体验感很差。
其次是房间气味。房间里有很明显的、类似刚装修完的刺鼻气味，导致在房间里经常打喷嚏，住着很不舒服。
最后是房卡福利。我后来才知道酒店可以用房卡换咖啡的福利，但在办理入住时完全没有提及。因为台风天我一直待在房间，直到退房都不知道有这个权益，感觉有点被忽视了。
希望酒店能重视这些问题，改进服务。

澳门服务真是太好了，10星好评。所有工作人员都亲切热情，前台小姐姐升级了伊丽莎白套房，意外惊喜。虽然10号风球无法外出，但伦敦人、巴黎人、威尼斯人、大运河购物中心的连片商区可以自由来往，室内也可以逛街拍照吃东西，而且一向的没有人山人海，景色超级漂亮。一次不同以往但意外满意澳门之旅～

房间很新很清洁，但面积在金沙城的酒店，就算一般，大约40平方米。浴室的有浴缸和淋浴间，马桶是电动化的，所以看起来档次高。
泳池分别在8楼和4楼。虽在户外，也有分暖水和冷水池。8楼的泳池中，更有2个按摩池。
健身房不算很太，但器械俱全。
