Went to see Jason Derulo hotel just around the corner from the arena which is really beneficial. Pizza deal was amazing in the evening to come back to which went down a treat. Breakfast in the morning was also lovely. The hotel is nothing special but it does the job would stay every time I go to the arena

Stayed here recently as we were visiting family close by. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great with a good choice. Great value for money.

I stayed here after visiting the co-op arena for the first time and the hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. Reasonable amount of parking and breakfast options.

Mohammed was the guy that checked me in my Mrs help me in to the room with the bags as I have mobility issues Mohammed gave me an option what floor I will like gave me the closest room the hotel had available to the main entrance and Mohammed even sorted the parking out for me as I have a blue badge. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel is a bit tired looking but the bed was quite comfortable. There were plenty of parking places and the rate was very reasonable for an inner city. As I have a blue badge parking was free. There were not many plugs to put our electrical things but the one thing that stood out was the helpful staff. The girls on reception were lovely and helpful and I would like to praise especially Mohammed who I would give a 6 * review if I could. I left my kindle E reader in the room and when I rang to enquire the next day I expected to hear no it not here. He said he would look and then rang me back twice to inform me that it had been found and how to retrieve it. Well done Travel Lodge for the helpfulness and honesty of your staff.

Last night me and my nephew stayed and the manchester sport city travel lodge, I had booked a family room and early checking for 2 O’clock. We arrived at 2 O’clock to be told that there wasn’t any rooms available however if we waited five minutes our room would be ready. Forty minutes later we were then told that our room had been given away to someone else and had to stay in two different rooms. While waiting for this information i decided to have a beer, I ordered a Budweiser to then be served a Stella Artuios i payed in cash and received five pounds worth of 20ps as they had no change. The rooms themselves were okay however while in the room you can hear absolutely everything that is happening in the corridor and outside this caused me distress as at one point i thought that someone was trying to get into my nephews room. In the morning we woke up and headed to breakfast to be greeted to no cooked food left which left us only with toast and cereal. Overall i had a very poor time staying in this hotel and would not be coming back as although the rooms themselves were okay everything else about this establishment seemed unorganised leading to poor results for those staying.

Stayed in early December for a meeting in Manchester City centre great location and not far to commute, service was brilliant and ciaran is a great asset to your team
