酒店位置很好，房间也很大，不是第一次选择这家酒店了，我觉得综合性价比很高，我还是挺推荐的～去新街口一站路，走过去也不远，到南大也很近～

酒店位置好 早餐也不错 房间很大处于高层 视野特别开阔 每年带学生来南京高考 都会住在这个酒店 离考点南师大特别近 去新街口也很方便 推荐这个酒店

酒店位置去哪都方便，房间宽敞明亮整洁，@小爱小姐姐们服务很棒，亲和力很强。还给孩子们拿糖果吃，阿姨管家的服务也很周到，下次来还想住这里呢！

房间设施非常齐全，并且为里外套间，大人在里面，孩子在套间外头学习都很方便，而且酒店的位置非常好，离金鹰德基都不远，而且就在5号线地铁周边。并且酒店设施齐全，还有健身房，还有洗衣房，整体入住非常满意，前台的服务员小颜很贴心的，还给升级了房间非常好。

网上差评挺多，房间还行，地板有些不太好，走路有些地方吱嘎声响，有单独厨房，电磁炉可以使用。携程上只有最多两份早餐选择，也没有积分兑换或赠送一份，入住时和前台沟通，前台也不肯送，单独加68元，不建议加，早餐品种和味道都不行。客虽然有酒店专用电梯，但到客房楼层不需要刷卡，存在安全隐患。

双卧太舒服，非常适合亲子朋友出游，客厅很大。地点就在地铁口，位置绝佳。前台小沈服务很棒！建议：电视可以更新大点的了，跟大客厅不匹配。衞生间和浴室门建议换磨砂，这样不影响其他人用洗手枱。其实厨房可以改成小衞生间，这样四个人使用就更方便。

I've been in China for a month now and have collectively stayed at 7 different hotels. This hotel was by far the WORST of the 7 hotels I've stayed at. Its rooms and service are unacceptable, and it made my stay in Nanjing a nighmare.
First, the hotel posted a false ad on Trip.com in which it claimed to have air conditioning. However, none of the air conditioning units were working, All the hotel's rooms are high up in a skyscraper (i.e., they're all on floor 23 or higher), so each room was significantly hotter than outside. Indeed, even though the outside air was at most 65 - 70 degrees Fahrenheit (18 - 21 degrees Celsius), my room was often over 86 degrees Farenheight (30 degrees Celsius). This made it very hard to sleep or even be in that room.
Second, the hotel staff was rude and hostile towards the A/C issue. They tried to fix it by giving us a fan that looked like it was 20 years old. When we told them that the fan wasn't working and that a 30 degree room is unacceptable, they shrugged it off, told us to just use the fan, and refused to offer any sort of compensation. When I pointed out that their ad was false - that they didn't actually have AC - and that, if I had known none of their A/C works, I would have never booked a hotel --- when I told them about their false ad, they shrugged it off.
Third, to add insult and injury, they REFUSED to give us extra bottles of water! I called them at around 2 AM at night --- I was sweating and needed drinking water to help me get through the night in that hot-as-hell room. I asked for 6 bottles of water, and they told me I was asking for TOO MUCH --- they only came up and gave me 4.
This is unacceptable behavoir from a one-star budget hotel, let alone a four star one that charges this much RMB per night. The hotel's behavoir is absolutely unacceptable, and I firmly beleive it should be delisted from Trip.com to prevent anyone else from falling victim to its misleading advertisements and horrendous service.
You'd be better off staying in a tent in Nanjing because you'd avoid their nasty staff and have a cooler room too.

房间整洁无异味，空调升温略慢，但视野和其余设施都很好，前台的小颜服务也十分体贴周到，咖啡机不会用的时候会很细致的上来帮忙介绍，最开始觉得大楼老旧可能会有些设施陈化，但实际体验都很超预期
