位置很好，离第五大道、中央公园、大都会很近。订的是中央公园景观房，景观非常好。
房间内很宽敞，但洗手间很小。可能由于酒店年数较久，设施设备太老了。空调的风声非常大，已经是噪音的程度，但因为是冬天，如果不开的话房间会迅速降温。热水的水压不稳定，导致洗漱的时候水一会热一会冷。
服务还可以，有需要会及时提供。房间的送餐服务不错，意麪和沙拉都很好吃。

酒店装修有些旧了，房间面积还可以，两张大床，窗边看风景有沙发 圆几。 衣橱可放行李箱，挂衣服。酒店最大优点就是在中央公园南边上，隔壁有Ritz- carlton（价格惊人），定公园景房窗户外就是整个中央公园，如果是定全景房就是高楼层的公园景房景观一级棒??。早晨公园跑个步看看松鼠，再去街角pret amanger买新鲜制作的有机早餐，享受假期。步行几分钟可到Columbus circle，有意大利，泰，日餐厅最重要有whole foods新鲜水果种类丰富。酒店顶楼酒吧的可远眺看中央公园，最好预约一下。走路五分钟有bloomingdale‘s ，nordstom。所以一直选择Parklane NY！

酒店位置很好，在第七大道和58街，出门步行到57地铁站很方便200米；中央公园就在酒店对面；步行10分钟就是第8大道的columbus mall，超市、餐厅购物很方便。
这个位置边上就是丽思卡尔顿和万豪，相对是性价比高的酒店。
可以升级中央公园景房间75刀，房间比较大，下次还会选择。

服务：非常好。
环境：地点在中央公园前，很方便坐地铁。顶楼餐厅视野好，可见中央公园满满的绿意。
设施：酒店提供免费的过滤水，可自取。床还不错。

A bit too expensive for me. Shower was so weak. The window cannot protect outside noise especially traffic and construction noise even though i stayed at 24th floor.

I have tried to call your front desk 3 times to chase a refund on a duplicated payment system which on 7th March.(571GBP)
I was staying at your hotel from 3rd March till 7th March.

一开始订的基础房型在二十多楼，一进门一股霉味，很刺鼻。和前台沟通很久才得知由于是在St Patrick‘s Day，需要花100美元才能升级房间，又等了一个多小时才住进新房间。在这过程中经理Muhammad提供了很多协助，态度非常好。新房间在四十多楼，没有异味，景观也更好，但是这一折腾下来不仅浪费了钱还浪费了时间。不过，这个酒店位置真的挺不错，去哪里都很方便。选择这个酒店的话最好是订稍微高级一些的房间。

Great Stay, Prime Location!
I had a wonderful stay at Park Lane Hotel, New York. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the stylish, modern decor. The proximity to public transport made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!
