酒店明显待中国客人不厚。房间灯光太暗。早餐75美金，除了中央公园景色、楼梯特色之外几乎乏善可陈没什么可吃的。服务员邀请免费打包苹果，我认为就是在表达一个歉意。这也算是达成谅解的一种方式。早餐厅是一个网红景观，出了电梯要走一层楼梯，用了心思设计很不错。但由于整体体验感不佳往往会被心理减分。

设施：老旧，电梯里都有一股老旧的味道
衞生：很差！入住的房间竟然发现用过的肥皂放在毛巾上面没有被清理！桌上也有灰尘，整个房间衞生堪忧！
环境：中央公园的景很不错！除了这个景别的一无是处??
服务：前台女接待态度一般，后面沟通的酒店经理态度好很多！乾洗服务差！洗了都不乾净！连基本的尘土都洗不乾净??，还要收express的加倍费用。
总之，除了中央公园景和楼顶全景之外，别的都很失望！连最后的folio都要了好几次才发送到邮箱，一直説酒店IT问题，也不知道是故意説辞还是什么，反正不会再住了 。

I have stayed here a number of times and generally am quite pleased.
This stay was sub par. The computer systems at the front were down the entire stay resulting in extended time to check in and check out. Tthey promised to call once the room was ready and that never happened.
And, if that were not enough, the HVAC system in the room did not work making for a bad night of rest.
I will rethink returning to the Park Lane.

We loved this hotel. It was very attractive with spacious room and fabulous housekeeping. Convenient location. Nice area.
