Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

Amazing staff service compare to other hotels. Personalized concierge service I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Actually location is too far form the station. Btw the staff are friendly. Next time I will choose the other hotel rather than this

5 start hotel in Osaka, thumbs up to thier breakfast 5 star, great selections of good quality produce, down side is amenities is not up to expectations, Nespresso machine was not working ( finally got replacement thanks, try to extend: delay our check it but quickly got refused and said room taken - when next check in is actually 3pm
