  We were disappointed. The kitchen facilities were lacking, there was only a microwave but no stovetop or any utensils or pans. The pathway to the front door was unsafe and the door mat was a trip hazard. The decor was dated.

  The AC automatically turn off every 4 hours it is no good esp night sleep is disturbed when you feel it is uncomfortable due to warm room and even a big conccern when someone is having a hard time getting back to sleep again

  Location was beautiful and perfect for exploring the Hunter Valley. Great sized room, comfy beds and fluffy towels. We were just really disappointed in a lot of the details around the room - stained linen, sofa and carpet, under the sofa hadn’t been vacuumed, pretty dusty, TV remote control batteries needed replaced, lounge room lamp didn’t work so we had to sit in the dark while our baby slept or have bright ceiling lights in her eyes, no plug in the bath to bath baby, dirty hand wash dispenser in the bathroom.   Safe parking and quick and easy check-in. Air conditioning wasn't very good, we slept on the loungeroom floor on the mattress. I found hair in the shower drain which was a turn off

  Great location with easy check in and out process, especially easy with biometric door access. Clean room with wine glasses, decent size fridge. Will book again
