  Ok experience. The common areas and lounge were nice, the breakfast was good. The in room coffee/eapresso machine was probably the only highlight of the room itself. The room was not so nice. Very warm, windows did not even stay open. Not very clean either, and generally felt dated and rather poorly designed. Staff were somewhat cold and lacked any kind of interest in being helpful. I would not stay here again.

  The location is acceptable, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. In-room Wi-Fi is virtually unusable, functioning properly only near the reception area. The room itself is extremely basic and offers limited comfort. Sound insulation is exceptionally poor. Due to jet lag, I fell asleep around 3 a.m., only to be woken around 6 a.m. by clearly audible conversations and knocking noises from adjacent rooms. The situation was further worsened by a linen room located directly outside the door, with frequent staff movement. Breakfast is scheduled to close at 10:00. When entering the breakfast area at approximately 9:50, I was informed of the closing time via a phone translation app. While the policy itself is understandable, the interaction conveyed a clear sense that late-arriving guests were not particularly welcome, which detracted from the overall service experience. At 9:00 a.m., despite the room clearly not being extended, housekeeping knocked to ask whether cleaning was required—an interaction whose purpose is difficult to justify. Overall, the hotel shows notable deficiencies in soundproofing, internet reliability, and guest-oriented service awareness. It is not a suitable choice for travelers who value rest or basic comfort.

  My only less than 100% satisfaction comment would be that I had a difficult time regulating the room temperature. Very satisfied eith the service here.
