环境：很好，出门就有地铁站，机场巴士也很近，走路5分钟吧。周围吃饭洗头都很方便

非常满意！！很干净，每次出差都住。这次因时间订错了，携程也帮忙跟酒店沟通，直接顺延一晚，没有加价！赞～图片忘拍，哈哈

满意的 很干净 前台小哥还帮忙解决了打车问题 周边也很方便 直接就是2号线 公交车站也容易走到 在Coex mall旁边 每天逛吃

去COEX里逛街吃饭都很好，下楼就坐地铁。楼下转角有个炸**每天晚上爆满，都是周围CBD商务人士在聚餐，年轻人遇到上级长辈毕恭毕敬弯腰行礼，然后落座喝啤酒吃炸鸡

酒店位置绝佳，门口就是地铁2号线三成站的1号出口，2号线是一条沟通江南江北的大环形线，称得上是换成之王，去哪里都很方便，尤其是计划去奥体看演唱会的朋友。马路对面就是coex大型商业综合体，里面餐饮休闲购物可说是应有尽有，下1号口从地下通道走过去从5号6号口即可到达。旁边是条安静的小马路，很多餐饮美食，大多数是周围写字楼的当地人来吃，遇到周六周日可能就休息了，开业就很迟。
酒店装饰属于简单的工业风，预订的大型双床房，1张1米1左右的，1张2米的床（应该是2张单人床拼的，非常大），住3个人没有问题，面积相比其他房间属于比较大的，卫生间不大，整洁舒适，配有智能清洁马桶盖，冲淋房没有浴缸，牙刷牙膏需要自购，有一次性拖鞋，每天3瓶纯净水；电视节目很多，全是韩语没一个听得懂的，还可以看奈飞、迪士尼、AppleTV，可惜没有账号，总之就是做个背景音乐。
床单确实像有点网友说的，不怎么干净，有一张床有明显的污渍，幸亏自己带了一次性床单被套，铺上以后感觉好多了。
客房服务的老奶奶特别可爱，手脚麻利，热情周到，全天都在打扫卫生，每次见到都跟我们打招呼。
酒店办理入住与退房都非常快捷，如果退房的时候没有什么特别消费，可以直接将房卡投入1楼的一个箱子即可。
酒店门口的马路近期一直在施工，噪音倒是不大，就是出行稍微麻烦点，而且，没有什么景观了。

Booked this place because it was near the office. First time here, but loving the location. Whilst I didn't explore the hotel, I went around its vicinity and am very glad there were so much food options. Every night after work, I'll visit one of the restro behind the hotel and even found myself a soup which I loved so much! Importantly, this hotel is so near coex, and coex has so much to offer, so whether you are a leisure traveller or business traveller, I would say GLAD is surely a place to consider:)

Great location if you are not staying directly in the COEX mall. a short walk to the centre and also just right Infront of the subway station at Samseong station.clean rooms and good design.

chose this place as it was near to the subway + concert venue??
Plus:
- 1 subway stop away from Jamsil Indoor Stadium (good if you have events/concerts there??)
- very near to subway (first thing I see is the hotel when leaving by Exit 1 - be it by stairs/lift)
- near to COEX mall/ktown4u which is good for shopping, attractions and dining. (just that most stores are closed by 9/10pm but theres still a convenience store nearby??)
- tried NOP'S (??) at B1 of hotel during lunch and would recommend the place! The steak is really juicy?? Recommended to make a reservation as there may not be seats avail for walk-ins.
- The coin laundry is avail at B2 of hotel. Theres English & Korean instructions avail?? only cards are accepted.
- walking distance (mostly sheltered) to nearest pick-up/drop-off points for Airport Limo bus (6103)
Service-wise depends on staff I guess. Some are really nice and helpful but the rest are OK too! Its nice that theres staff at the counter, even at night. The room attendant is really nice and friendly too! Thank you for the hard work??
Overall: Would recommend this hotel and would probably stay again??
(FYI: construction works are ongoing till Jul 2024! But I personally think theres not much disruptions??)
