管家BRUCE非常热情，主动添加微信，房间安排的位置很好，正对瀑布，晚上的灯光秀无人机表演非常精彩。第2天还主动帮我们延迟到2点退房，虽然没用上，但还是非常感谢！

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Alex Cao and the security who was outside that time helped us to communicate with the taxi driver who was scamming us. Also, Ms. Alma Cui also helped us to enter into our room but she did strict security measure first. Our stay was short but definitely unforgettable.

Amazing, fun-filled memorable stay again at this truly wonderland hotel. This is my second time to stay here and as usual from beginning to end, it is truly exemplary. All the staff we’ve encountered are all friendly possessing excellent customer service. Special mention to the following people whose cheerful smile and welcoming presence really makes this hotel like home — Amara, Vincent, Grace and Ava of front desk as well as Xiao He and Han Lei of Photography.
Will come back again on April!

The hotel is absolutely amazing!It's so unique, which is why we wanted to stay there. I wish we could've stayed longer. The staff were friendly and helpful, the light show in the evening is - wow!
Rooms comfortable and spacious with all balconies facing the inside of the quarry.
If you're visiting that area (west) of Shanghai then ideal. It is a little far from the centre and Pudong airport is around 80 mins drive. We used it as a day to chill after travelling around for 2 weeks.

整体服务很好，入住前就加了管家经理bruce微信，每个关键环节提前发讯息提醒，有个性需求也是秒回！非常周到贴心??住店送旅拍3张和小视频纪念，也是额外的美好惊喜。游泳池水乾净温暖，景观美翻了。小孩超喜欢！晚上灯光秀震撼美丽。

一年内第二次入住，抛开第一次的新鲜感，第二次入住的感受不减反增，管家Bruce恰到好处的服务，以及保洁员Alma Cui的热情服务，这个让人猎奇探险又不失田园野趣的地方让我保持了下次再来得兴趣。
