Location is great. The rooms are rather ok, some of them do not have windows (or have windows opening on corridor) so read well the room description before booking. Towels are changed every day, but the rooms should be cleaned better, there is some dust and dirt on the floor and weird stains on curtains and couch. The lady at the reception should try to be more communicative and not look like she is working there as some form of punishment.
Generally ok, location is superb but apart from that do not expect anything above average.

The staffs are all very kind and helpful. The room is clean and functional. High tech electronics in room. The location is very convenient and just opposite to the subway. Walking to the Bond nice and relax.

第一次来上海出差都选择了这家步行街，酒店出门太方便了，房间衞生很乾净，前台服务人员总体来説还是不错的，有什麽问题都以意解答楼下还有很多美食特色小吃，空气还是比较流通的，很清晰

房间乾净，布局也很舒适，住在里面真是让人感觉非常惬意，没有任何拘束感，强力推荐这个酒店。真的很完美，床品柔软舒适，躺在上面感觉很好，下次开上海还住，前台接待服务很好

地铁2号线出来1号出口正对面就能看到唯庭酒店招牌了，很好找的，但是酒店大堂内部非常漂亮，房间虽小，五脏俱全，衞生很乾净，我朋友还説大床很舒服，可以做小火车一路到外滩.

酒店服务员很贴心，我们十二点到了酒店给我们提前办理入住，非常感谢了，更主动介绍附近好玩的打卡点，步行五分钟就到陆外滩了，打车定位九江路366号也就是後门，能停车，非常方便的！
