The room is so dirty, full of dust that accumulated from over the years. Took photo of the dust and showed to the staff, asked them to clean the room for 4 times, yet the cleaner still insisted she cleane then said "ya i cleaned the room by tidying the blanket and throwing the trash". Showed the photo proof of the dust and dirt to the female receptionist who had poor attitude and didnt really care and didnt bother doing damage control either. Strongly advice everyone to not stay at such a dirty place. At first glance looked nice but if you look behind the table and at the walls, you will be horrified by how dirty it is. There were flies in the room too. Couldnt sleep at all with all the dust flying around causing allergic nose block and runny nose. The dirt and dust were in huge clumps and in your face that to not clean them, you know that they are willfully ignoring the dirt.

酒店位置很好，就在南京步行街里面，去哪里都超级方便。 房间内空间比较小，整个酒店有窗的房间也是靠走廊的窗，不是可以看见外面的窗。 不过也就晚上回来睡个觉不是问题。
衞生：衞生方面需要加强管理。 床单倒是很乾净，但是这个窗帘和小沙发，让人有点恶心。 沙发可以不坐，但是对面也紧挨着其他房间窗户所以窗帘要一直拉着。看着这麽一大片污渍.. 心情有点受影响
服务：职员的服务很好，有什麽需求都尽力协助解决。 但是我进门的时候 看到前台乱糟糟的， 职员的服装也不统一，就觉得这里不是一家hotel酒店 是旅店。

位置非常优越， 方便单身旅游，家庭客， 地点就在步行街上面， 晚上10点也有地方食宵夜， 同事也在地铁口上面，步行2分钟。 酒店房间唔大， 但尚算合理。 买手信之後可以立即放入房间，也可以在最後一日才买。

酒店位置无可挑剔，出门就是步行街，两步就是地铁出口。衞生有待改善，地上不乾净，角落有蜘蛛网，房间里有小飞虫，整个大堂和房间里都有烟味。房间很小，觉得跟实际面积不符。智能电视没什麽能看的，都需要vip账号，切换有线电视也无信号。

装修还可以,房间比较暗，女仔化妆唔够光...
地理位置真的很好很方便，但是似宾馆形式唔似酒店 ...
房间好多尘，枱面都污租，地下都系，重点服务员卫生常识真心差，望住佢戴住同一对手套先帮我换垃圾袋，後就换乾净毛巾...
不过前台服务员都几好...唔舒服都会帮你解决问题

Love their service and their staff! I ordered lot of food delivery and it was super convenient! I also enjoyed the friendliness from their staff ??

I booked 3 nights in this hotel.
As soon I arrived the hotel , we took an elevator to go up 7th floor. The elevator very dirty, I have a bad feeling already. Then as soon the elevator door open , I can smell the cigaratte smoke in the lobby, very messy lobby.
The front desk seems not really nice to the guest. So I got the room. The aisle is dirty, as soon I got the room, shockingly the room so small and the bathroom very dirty. Moldy, Dust everywhere. Then i still give this hotel a chance by stay a night. When I started to sleep the AC NOT working. I sweat wholenight. I demand to change the room. They said all room it will be like that. They will manually turn off once is 10 minutes if there is no movement in the room. It shut off.
I usually never leave a review. However. I do not understand why there is 5 stars review in this hotel.
The location is great but not for the hotel quality it is very poor condition.
They asked me to find other 2 nights hotel and sure enough I found nearby hotel much nicer than this horror motel i could say.

I chose this Hotel because the reviews mentioned it had a good location, which is true, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The moment I stepped into the elevator, I regretted my decision. It was unbearably hot, and the smell was disgusting.
The front desk service was equally atrocious. The staff were unfriendly, and the check-in process was a nightmare. Their computer was frozen, so I was left standing there for almost 10 minutes, sweating from the heat outside with no offer of water or any refreshments.
As for the room, it was an absolute nightmare. It was filthy beyond belief, and you can see the state of it in the pictures. The charger next to the bed was broken, and to make matters worse, the room was infested with insects. I killed more than five of them, but they just kept coming. I was so disgusted that I couldn’t even stay in the room. I ended up spending the night out and checked out at 5 am, furious that I had wasted my money on this awful hotel.
