Stayed in this hotel just for Disneyland. The hotel provides free shuttle to disneyland and some perks (e.g., rental of portable chargers and tour guides for Disneyland). Both are quite worth it!
Location of the hotel is great with many food options and convenient stores just downstairs. One of the downside is that the parcels (from TB or any online platform) are placed at the little room just outside the hotel, so its not monitored or kept safely - there’s always a risk of someone stealing your item. Room space wise is quite good, just that we found double eyelid tapes left behind by the previous guest in the toilet. But the staff responded quite quickly and gave us a free upgrade (but the moving was quite disappointing because we felt super rushed to change room).
Also, they will add you on wechat to provide personalised service but it feels a little pressuring when they keep asking you for good reviews and even requested us to show them what we wrote first before posting ?? But gonna just keep it real here. Overall, its quite a good hotel within the vicinity that is a good alternative to disneyland hotels. ????

小朋友很喜欢奶龙房间
酒店以及所有接车司机的服务都很好
有免费童车和迪士尼接送车非常方便
早餐的炒菜也很好吃

很满意的一次出行体验，酒店环境优雅，前台工作人员服务热情周到，免费提供了软饮可乐七喜，双人小童推车入园，还有班车接送外滩，地铁站，迪士尼等，方便又快捷，还会再光顾！

所有的设施都在我们的需求上，衞生间超级赞，早餐很不错，在阿姨的指导下，我学会了自己调的葱油拌麪，超级好吃！设施很新，没有异味！前台接待服务很贴心，包括周围的美食推荐！

非常舒服，衞生无法挑剔！ 楼下就有很多吃的和便利商店。酒店还提供免费接驳车到迪士尼，还送了米妮耳朵发箍。 以后一定会再回来！

酒店比较新，也很乾净，出差住宿订了1天，顺便第二天去下迪士尼，也有班车送，服务人员态度很好，整体是比较推荐的

Definitely the best accommodation you can find in shanghai??
The staff tried their best to help you with all the little things they could from booking a shuttle bus, transferring to Metro station, even finding us an electric fan when the room is too hot. The staff service is Extraordinary and they are very friendly too.
The rooms are clean and hygienic, enough towels and other amenities that you can think of. Cleaning service is very neat. We stayed here for 2 nights and each time we come back the room is as good as a new one.
Definitely coming back here when staying in Shanghai in the future

这一次酒店的前台服务特别好，订酒店时人在纽约，试着发邮件的心态联系酒店。没有想到Maddy迅速回复，将各个事项一一安排好。一到酒店，Harvey即来帮忙取行李，拿行李，放行李。入住期间朋友来探访，Harvey也帮忙热情接待。Check in的时候Maddy已经早早安排好房间，给人一种回家的感觉。
