五星好评必须安排！酒店位置超赞，出门就是欢乐谷，出行2/3分钟就能走到。房间乾净到无可挑剔，床品柔软亲肤，睡得特别安稳。设施齐全。工作人员Emily热情又专业，办理手续秒完成，有需求响应超快。性价比直接拉满，体验感远超预期，下次来还选这家！

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the overall quality and service were far below expectations.
The shower head kept shifting to the right, meaning I had to stand awkwardly in the corner just to shower. When room service came to clean, the beds were not made properly, and some trash was left behind. There was also a noticeable bad drain smell throughout the room, which made the stay unpleasant.
The hotel advertises itself as an international resort, yet there were no international TV channels available, and the breakfast selection was far from international. Drinks were served in paper cups, which felt very out of place for a five-star setting.
I also noticed that previous reviews mentioned holes in the tablecloths, and while the hotel had responded saying the issue would be resolved, the same problem still exists. This shows a lack of follow-through and attention to detail.
Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards of a genuine five-star hotel. With serious improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality, the resort might reach its claimed rating — but at present, it falls well short.

清晨的第一缕阳光很温暖，来这家酒店后发现前台小姐姐angie的服务特别温暖周到，因为是和家人出来游玩，她会主动询问是否需要接驳车，让我们的旅途更顺利 心情更美好。酒店的环境也非常美丽，西班牙风格的建筑好像一座城堡，傍晚在后花园散步享受惬意的亲子时光。
当初选择这家酒店，就是因为离欢乐谷和玛雅水世界近。步行10-15分钟就到水乐园2号门。房间定的是地中海家庭房，房间装修不是新的，但设施使用挺舒服的，服务人员也很热情。早餐，一般，管饱；但小馄饨是牛肉的，很喜欢。酒店外景，拍拍照还是不错的。

酒店的服务可以説是无可挑剔。从前台办理入住开始，工作人员Emily就热情周到，不仅快速地帮我办理好了手续，还细心地介绍了附近的景点，询问是否需要安排景点班车接送，让我这次旅行非常愉快舒适。在入住期间，我有任何需求，只要打电话给客房服务，他们都会在第一时间响应并解决。这次入住这家酒店，无论是位置、环境、设施还是服务，都让我特别满意。下次来这座城市，我肯定还会选择这里 ，也强烈推荐给大家！

We chose this hotel expecting a luxury stay, but it fell disastrously short of its 5-star rating. The positive aspects end with the hotel's bright, colourful decor and the clean, spacious rooms.
The restaurant, however, was an absolute embarrassment for a hotel of this calibre. The food was consistently overcooked and of shockingly poor quality. The experience was cheapened further by being served on paper plates and plastic cups, all while sitting at tables with hole-ridden cloths. The entire dining room lacks any semblance of 5-star ambiance or service.
Due to this massive failure in their food and beverage offering, we will not be returning.
