It's nice hotel, good view . So close to Shanghai railway station and subway. Also a lot of restaurants and convenient store around there .

【超出预期的舒适入住】这次入住体验很满意，前台办理入住效率很高，房间比想象中宽敞，装修大气，最惊喜的是床垫和枕头特别舒服，一觉睡到天亮。浴室水压充足，备品品质不错。员工遇到时都会主动微笑问好，让人感觉贴心。虽然价格不便宜，但整体体验确实对得起这个价位，以后来这边还会考虑入住。

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent — very close to Shanghai Railway Station and the Tian An 1000 Trees building. There were also many aesthetic coffee shops and art galleries nearby, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel alone during Christmas, and this was my second time staying here. Overall, I really liked my stay. The room I was given was very spacious and extremely clean, which I truly appreciated.
The only difficulty I experienced was with food delivery to my room. While I was using the bathtub at night, the delivery could not reach my room, possibly due to a cleaning cart blocking the hallway. A staff member knocked on my door for several minutes. Since I do not speak Chinese and did not want to go downstairs again to collect my order, I opened the door while wearing a towel, which made the situation uncomfortable.
The buffet was okay, but this was my second time trying it and I felt the staff were not very friendly. They didn’t seem willing to help when I was looking for a table, and there was no assistance to clean or arrange a table for guests, which I found a bit disappointing.
The hotel itself is very clean, and well maintained, and I would still consider staying here again

The staff were lovely throughout the trip even allowing us to check in early, rooms were cleaned daily whilst we were out early or late.
The room had everything, great view, utilities like hair dryer, humidifier, AC, laundry room (little small but free laundry and detergent + dryer).

We were delighted with the scenic view from our room. The room was very spacious, worth the price and loved the electric curtains the bed and sofa was comfy and the staff very friendly. There is only one small window that opens and since it's a west facing room, it did get a lot of sun which made the room warmer. I am not sure if the AC would be cool enough in summer or not. We just switched off the heating since it was winter.
The room has all the amenities you need though I think the carpet could do with a deep clean and some marks on the wall would ideally be removed.
Across the river is an amazing arts and gallery quarter with great food, as well as the 1000 trees complex. The train station is close but we caught taxi's everywhere.
Breakfast at the hotel was ok but we preferred eating more local options like scallion pancakes from hole in the wall stores.

The room is super dusty and dark. Even I have requested to change another room, is just slightly better but still dusty. The room light is insufficient and very dim, very uncomfortable. The hotel look very old and wear off. The only plus point is very near to Shanghai Station.. Basically is very unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in this hotel

酒店位置极佳，靠近地铁站，傍边是苏州好步道跑步运动十分方便，对面就是千安天树。房间大乾净衞生还会选择。

住的还挺舒服的，房间整体也很乾净，离上海火车站很近，适合上海周边城市周末旅行离地铁站也很近，去哪里都方便房间整体很安静，服务人员态度也很好，房间也很大，空气也很清新，还是很舒服的！

酒店位置相当方便，距离上海火车站只是几分钟路程出行，方便房间阔落舒适望苏州河，下次再到上海也会考虑入住。
今次住上七个晚上，清洁姐姐10分体贴还给我一个室内空气净化器，而且不会打扰我们，只在有需要呼唤的时候，体贴的给我们添加毛巾垃圾胶袋，10分赞?。
